Check-in was seamless when I arrived, and I only waited about five minutes before being taken back. I saw Anastasia, and she was so sweet and professional. She did an amazing job, and I've already scheduled my six-week follow-up appointment. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, at the end of my wax, I was left covered in baby powder, usually I'm cleaned up but on top of that there was still bits of wax and hairs all over me. I pointed this out to them. They went back in and remove the hair from the areas that I pointed out. It wasn't until I arrived home and showered, and then the next day I noticed so many areas were missed. I've put off writing this review for a few weeks because my practitioner was so nice and I had a great time chatting with them. But the actual attention to detail wax was very disappointing. I may return and try a different practitioner someday. This was a wildly different experience from my previous waxers, and unfortunately not in a positive way. The lack of attention to details so frustrating, especially now I have to go home and be raising hair on my own after paying for it to be done. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of two or three is because they are very friendly accommodating there. And I'm sure if I had called the next day to go back they would've made space for me to come in. It felt like a very professional place. (after spending over an hour there being waxed I just didn't feel like going back for a second go.)

Renata and her team have created the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable. They remember you, they take their time with you, and somehow make something that could feel awkward feel completely normal and easy. What keeps me coming back is that it never feels transactional. You're not rushed in and out like some commercial chain places. It feels personal, clean, professional, and genuinely welcoming every single time. And after calling around Orlando comparing prices, I realized their pricing is actually BETTER than many of the big-name wax places while still giving a much more personalized experience. Brazilian $68 Underarms $22 Full Legs $80 If you've been thinking about getting a Brazilian wax, especially for the first time, this is honestly the place I'd recommend.
