I've been here several times and experienced some of the best and worst pedicures. It's close to…read morehome and they take walk ins. It's a cute salon with zero nail product odor and you're typically not crammed right next to each other. I used to get the hot stone pedicure (they don't do anymore) and always a deluxe pedicure because I like a good calf/foot massage. It is in the menu. After my last appt. I won't be returning. My cuticles were not trimmed well, but most disappointing and infuriating was the deluxe, zero foot/calf massage, pedi for $70! The gentlemen (very friendly)who started on my feet was moved to another customer midway so, another nail tech finished up what he started. Very disappointing. I'm not the kind to make a scene. I just won't return. That was my last time. The previous pedicure I had started chipping off the next day (maybe old polish due to the thickness). It does seem like the service here has gone down from when I started coming here over 10 yrs ago. And now $70 pedicure with zero massage is a bit ridiculous. It's not as if service has experienced an uptick in costs. It hasn't. As a retired cosmetologist, I know the steps of a pedicure, how to service and give great results for repeat business. This has obviously changed nowadays. It's all a money grab. This review is months late in posting as I wanted to try it one last time for good measure before deciding to move on. I'm moving on.

From my observations everyone looked really happy and relaxed with their services. My person for my manicure and pedicure was so meticulous. I was surprised to be receiving such exceptional services around the area as it can be hard to find with decent prices. They also offer snacks and drinks. The atmosphere is clean. Even the bathroom is relaxing! I won't spill the surprise and instead let you find it for yourself. Really enjoyed going back here under the new management. While the process itself seemed fine, the wax used on my daughter's eyebrows left her face extremely red, which raises concerns about the products being used for facial services. On top of that, I waited over two hours and was not offered even a basic courtesy like a beverage. For a total of $183 plus a $50+ tip, the level of service and quality did not match the cost. Overall, while the staff was polite and the designs were nice at first, the poor communication, subpar results, and lack of attention to customer experience mean I will not be returning. They have a host serving drinks, which is a plus, and the prices are reasonable. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I felt the pedicure was rushed. They set a timer--probably for a massage--but the lady turned it on once she started scrubbing my feet. Also, her painting of my toes was a little uneven. I recommend the salon; it's centrally located, but I wish there was more parking.

Very disappointing, but ultimately understandable. She THEN continued to tell me she would need to charge me an extra 25$ for toner. Omg, now this getting ridiculous. My natural hair isn't even that dark, it's a light brown. This cut hasn't even started and I'm already feeling like crap about it. I should've just asked for my money back and walked out after that, but I had my heart set on this look for my photos, so I just said it was fine. I sat in awkward silence in an extremely overcrowded salon for about an hour after that while she put in the highlights. This lady was so unfriendly she never even gave me her name, but I believe it was Melissa S based off the business photos. Overall, the completed look was pretty underwhelming and not really what I asked for, but I didn't hate it. I wanted layers and I can't really tell they're there, and the color doesn't really suit me and is totally off from what I asked for, but I didn't look horrible. I'm not much of a complainer so I just said it was fine once again. Then I started to realize I was really being ripped off when she started unbuttoning the cover after blow drying my hair. Um, excuse me? I asked her if she was just not going to style my hair, because it had been part of what I was paying for. She told me that blow drying my hair was the styling. Listen. This isn't my first time getting my haircut. Blow drying is not the same as styling. The package I purchased said, word for word, "One women's haircut, partial highlights, deep condition, blow-dry, and style." Blow drying my hair and leaving it completely straight is NOT what I paid for. I tried to argue this point and even showed her the wording but she kept insisting she "didn't have time" because her next customer would be there "I'm about 5 minutes." I felt so cheated and rushed out the door. She couldn't even take an extra 5 minutes to give my hair a quick little twist. I'm now stuck at home debating between having to go out and get it styled somewhere else and spend even more money or just calling off my maternity photos entirely. My hair looks so bland and lifeless, and I don't know how to curl it myself. I've never been so undervalued and disrespected, and to top it all off, I'm heartbroken that my photos won't turn out the way I wanted them to. Please avoid this place at all costs.
