My review is based on an experience in 2008/2009.
They hire people who know nothing about the company to solicit on grounds where they don't ask permission for. For example, they go to Humber College and interrupt people while they're eating their lunch or in between classes. I went to college there for two years, and every time they were around I'd be stopped multiple times in one day asking me to buy their spa package. Multiple times I had to ask them to "PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE" I'm a college student here to learn, not to to buy spa packages!
The place is small, cute, and well designed. I had a package where I had 4 different treatments I can do at the same time or separately. I had opted to do separately. I only got to experience three though and my money stolen on my last one. I had called a month before my voucher expired, asking to book my last appointment. The owner told me she was busy, and way too many people with the same voucher has waited last-minute to book, so she can't book me before it expired. Really, this isn't my fault as the customer. I asked her if I could book after the expiry and she said no and hung up on me. I tried calling back and she didn't answer.
I had a great time up until that phone call where they showed their ugly side.
Since then I've encouraged friends not to go here over the possibility of losing your money. read more
