She even rescheduled my initial appointment when I needed to cancel (with notice). I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early which gave us more time for the consultation. Once the appointment started, she told me she hasn't taken new clients in over a year because the wait for her existing clients became too long. I asked, "so how did I get here?" She said she didn't know and that maybe I just emailed her at the right time. When I left my appointment with frizzy hair (I guess she doesn't flat iron hair or normally work with curly hair) she told me I could reschedule a new appointment next season or next year, it's up to me... I'm sure she is far more friendly and helpful with her existing clientele. I'm also sure I won't be returning but that is probably alright with Amy.

I also really appreciated how careful and gentle multiple members of staff were when I was healing some new piercings that made getting a haircut rather tricky. They have plenty of snacks and drinks available or you can always order food for delivery. Went yesterday and it was super quiet. So I highly recommend going on a week day if you can so it's not as packed. The salon is very clean and inviting. Everyone who works here is very sweet. I haven't tried their scalp/head massage station since they've added it but heard good things.
