What I love about her is the fact that she took her time checking my hair, how to achieve the color I want and the haircut I was aiming for. She did a hair test first before applying color all over my hair which all salons should really do first. Then she explained every process and how long will it take. I called in a couple of days prior to see if I can get an appointment with Pinky. Luckily she had availability the next week at a perfect time for me! I walked in and was greeted right away. It was a bit chaotic, but I was able to get a wash easily. Unfortunately once Pinky started combing thru my hair, she saw that there was still some residue of conditioner left, so we had to rinse again. No problem, though. Onto the cut- I told her exactly what I wanted, how many inches off, and showed her an inspo picture! She blew dried my hair and started styling and omgoodness, it was better than the inspo picture! I had shoulder length hair and wanted a graduated bob. Most hair stylists haven't been able to pull it off at all, but Melanie did an incredible job! She worked on my hair meticulously for an hour and 15 minutes and angled and thinned it absolutely perfectly!!! Best haircut I've ever gotten! One tip for anyone who goes- I should have booked it as a "transformation haircut" because I was changing the look of my hair so much. Appointments for those cuts are slightly longer than a normal haircut. Melanie squeezed me in anyway, which I'm so grateful for!
