But when I got home, I noticed my nails had air bubbles in them. So, I called and came back in 2 days later. The woman that works there told me she couldn't see the bubbles and when I showed her a picture of them (second pic below) that I had taken right after the appointment, she said it was AI?? I asked her to either take them off and refund them or just to redo them. They refused to redo them and said they would take them off and refund them, so I agreed. They only clipped them? Both refused to soak my nails off because it would've been an extra charge. I had high hopes based on reviews and they were sweet and respectful during the appointment. I would have been a recurring customer if they had just fixed the problem. EDIT: I forgot to mention this at first. They tried to refund me $65 for the nails (still paid $45 for the pedicure) and instead of refunding it, they charged the card. I had to wait in the salon for 45 minutes for a $130 refund. $65 for the nails and $65 for the charge. Insane experience.

We were told it was $5 as she held the booklet so I could choose one while she made sure to conceal the actual price. At checkout, the truth came out--it was actually $55. That kind of bait-and-switch is unacceptable. Near the end of our appointments, the staff scribbled our total charges on a tiny, hard-to-read piece of scratch paper. My service came to $80, and somehow my daughter--who received less--was charged $85. It's clear this place thrives on misleading customers and upcharging without notice. I didn't want them too short or too long. I asked the man to remove 2 tips he had already cut because I thought they looked too short. (This took him 20 seconds to remove btw). Then, when he asked me if the length was ok after cutting the tips again, I asked if he could trim them shorter- to which he chucked and said that would be the length they were before - as if he was annoyed. Sorry but I'm not paying $90 to be unhappy with the length of my nails for 2 weeks. It took 20 seconds to fix and it costs nothing to be nice.
