I've been to her twice - and both times was completely satisfied. The last time - about 6 weeks ago - she gave me a Keratin treatment and she basically threw in the cut (just shaped up my mop). What an absolute game changer!I As I told her a week or so later, my hair - which was an unruly, frizzy mess - looks and feels nothing like what I walked in with. Laura, Clare & Cece are wonderful. While they may have time for an occasional walk-in (and they do their best to accommodate), you'd be better off making an appointment. Bonus: Gigi is also there if you need a massage--she has helped me out when I've pulled my back, but she's great if you just want to relax and be spoiled. So I have come here a few times & I also have another stylist I've been seeing for over 12 yrs. she was all booked up & needed my hair done so decided to give it another try. It had been almost 9 months since I had come here & remembered why I wasn't going to come back. Like I said it had been months. I won't make this same mistake again. The "stylist" Jenny asked me b4 even getting started about my hair cut. I told her I wanted no length cut only a trim and thinned out. She recommend I cut off the back off my hair at least 3in. Which then my hair into a bob which I made very clear to her VERY VERY CLEAR I wanted that to stay and just trimmed. After all said and done I was the last customer on a Saturday & could tell her main priority was going home. When she cut my hair she would not let me look while she trimmed it. Now I know why. She turned me around with the mirror as I know she did exactly what I made clear I did not want done. My hair was just starting to get to a good length and boom all gone. I got in my car after paying 175 which by the way never paid nearly that much any previous times going. The owner also checked me out every previous time & the owner left for the day today. So the whole ordeal and her chopping off all my lochs was nowhere near 175$$. She then put some color in the back of my hair and it looks like something I could have done @ home. None of the color looks like it blended and looks completely e**ed!!! So now I'm literally livid and basically going to have to start from scratch for the second time this year. The last time this happened she did the same thing but since being months I completely forgot how scissor happy beyond belief Jenny is. She does what she wants not what u want. Then I don't know what product she put in my hair but it feels beyond dried out and I went in there w/ the softest hair. No I will never come back & I do not recommend when there are a million salons in this city. I will wait now for my regular girl no matter how booked up she is to get my hair done proper instead of getting anxious just letting anyone work on it. I mean this is your hair it takes time to grow not for someone to just go & chop it all off. She had such a whiny attitude to top it off and did not say anything paid and left. Like I said all that it seemed like is that she wanted to be anywhere but what I was paying her for so I didn't even want to say a word of what a disgraceful shitty job she did. I purchased a salon certificate through crowd savings and booked an appointment with Giorgio. First of all, he was late for the appointment. When he arrived, I then showed him pictures and described how I would like my highlights to look. The color and tone was not what I requested, and I was very disappointed. The tone was yellow and somewhat brassy, which is exactly what I said I did not want. Also, I said I just wanted a trim and to leave my hair as long as possible, and to just trim the ends. He did not listen to my wishes, and trimmed off several inches, which is again, not what I requested. I called and left two messages to see if he would correct the tone of the highlights, which he could do by applying a toner, but he did not respond to either of my phone calls before I left this review. I gave him an opportunity to correct the color, but Giorgio was not responsive. This was not good customer service. I would not return for salon services, nor refer my friends to go there either. Just had a cut from one of the stylists. The cut was just okay. I could tell that her scissors needed to be sharpened because I noticed my ends seemed frizzled (split end look). Also, as she blew dried my hair, most experienced stylists will style using the blow dryer - drying from top to bottom. Instead, she used a flat iron to style. I don't know how to clearly explain it other than it felt like she was styling my hair like a barbie doll's hair - she didn't style the crown only the ends with a flat iron. read more

Salon Social is not a friendly salon. The shampooing was sloppy and inadequate. The worst part was that Jenny cut my hair way to short although I asked her twice not to do so. She just ignored me. The cut was unbalanced and unflattering. It was awful. She was rude and condescending, preoccupied and chomping gum. She kept calling me "sweetie" and "honey." Very unprofessional.
