do NOT book on ClassPass. trust me, tried it twice. the owner is really really nice but the entire setup is incredibly unreliable. the first time I booked through ClassPass they mixed me up with another appointment, the second time is the night of Halloween and they cancelled as I got there. Last minute I needed a spray tan appointment due to an event and they took me right in. The space is gorgeous and the techs are so friendly and helpful! Anastasia did my spray. I get spray tans once in a blue moon so she was incredibly helpful with assisting with lotion placement, movement, etc. I was bummed to see they do eyelash extensions too since I just ran to them from a different location after getting them done.( emergency booking limits research time). I also loved that I was able to book services online instead of having to call. A few days prior to my arrival, I messaged Jordyn asking if I could switch my services from in-studio to on-site just to make myself feel extra pampered and not subject myself to the cold, ha! She handled this request without any issue. On the day of the wedding, I was greeted by Svetlana and Elise promptly at our previously agreed time at my hotel. I got my haircut here the other day with Jordyn and I love it and her so much!! I've had damaged hair for years and on top of that went to a salon that completely bleached my hair, damaging it even more. I was looking for extensions to hide the damage that wouldn't break the bank, as well as someone to fix the bleach blonde hair another salon gave me. Extensions are expensive, but Jordyn's prices are half of what other salons charge, and she puts them in SO fast (30 min)!!
