She was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I feel she takes her time and made sure she got all of the lashes. I went a second time and the lashes lasted me a week and a half I was upset. They missed SO MANY LASHES. My one hour fill was done in 28 min. When I got to my car to see them closer in my own mirror I was devastated. When I was trying to schedule an appointment with missy they were booked out so far in advance. Unfortunately, I had to wait just a little bit longer to see her again. If I didn't have Missy I would have cancelled my membership wasting $100 just to put 20 lashes on is not worth it. When I came in today for another fill. I had missy. Which was great, I don't mind waiting the extra 15ish minutes for her due to the fact that she takes her time and she makes sure she gets all of the lashes. I've had my lashes done lots of times elsewhere and have never had an issue. I told her in the beginning that the placing of the tape felt weird and was digging into the corner of my eyes. A few times she pulled my lashes or stabbed my eyelids. At the end when it came time for her to remove all the tape it took her about 20 minutes and it was painful from all the pulling because my lashes were all stuck. It did not mention the service would be paid despite being a model, my fault for assuming. I spoke with Bella who got all my personal information including address and credit card number. At the end of the conversation when we picked an appointment date/time, she advised me the service would be $150 and that I am getting a credit towards the service. I personally feel this was something that should be mentioned at the very beginning so the client can change their mind. Before my appointment, I received two separate messages stating it was canceled on two separate dates. I had to call twice to confirm that it was not cancelled. Once I spoke with the owner and the other time another girl at the front desk. They both were apologetic and rescheduled the appointment. I was annoyed and frustrated by having to call twice to verify that my appointment wasn't canceled. Check out the attached screenshots with my name and the messages I received. During the appointment, the lash tech took 2.5 hours. They looked nice but nothing worth the alleged $250+ they said they start their prices at. The tables to get your lashes done are out in the open right by the front desk, which doesn't feel safe or comfortable. At the end of the appointment, the tech told me I HAD to purchase a lash care kit. The girl at the front desk told me that the care kit is only $85 and it would bring my total to $235. When I say she would NOT let me leave without purchasing at least the lash wash, I'm not kidding. I felt hassled and uncomfortable trying to explain that I only was prepared to financially part with the service fee only, which I set aside for myself this month to treat myself. Now to the fill appointment... I had it scheduled on a Monday and received 4 calls, one voicemail and a text message on Saturday. They were asking to reschedule because the artist was sick. I understand being sick and needing to reschedule however, I was already irritated because my initial appointment got canceled twice, and now they also wanted to reschedule the fill. Due to my work schedule and my husband's work schedule I would not be available for a while, and I advised them of that. I attached screenshots of the messages where I ultimately told them I would not be returning.
