A quick correction to getting the results that I asked and paid for would have been appreciated. However, was met with how it's my hair texture, which I'm a 4b thick hair and perfect for locs, what maintenance I need to do, what products I'm using. Never took responsibility that my locs where not started off correctly! The very next morning I had to spend more money to buy clips and twisting gel. The way you start your locks are how they will be for years to come. Starting correctly and what your customers ask for is critical. My advice, go to a loc tech. A hairstyle generalist is NOT going to cut a lifetime commitment for locs. Would not recommend for starter locs or install! The atmosphere at the shop was good. Great vibe.
