I walked in to get my mani/pedi yesterday with no appointment and told it would be a 15 to 30…read moreminute wait, it was very busy. I agreed, sat down and picked my colors. DiDi enthusiastically and happily greeted me, apologized for my wait and I followed her back. She is new to the salon and I have to tell you I had an excellent experience with Didi at cloud nine! I didn't feel rushed, she graciously asked how I was and gave a great leg massage too btw. It's hard to find these days, going to get a mani or pedi with a cheerful and attentive tech And not being rushed. Made my day! Thank you Didi! Worth the wait!

Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience…read more I called ahead and made an appointment for a fresh acrylic set with a simple design. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating from the beginning. The nail technician removed my old acrylic nails by force instead of using a soaking method, which caused a layer of my natural nail to be lifted. After filing them, my natural nails were left very thin and fragile. He then glued on the tips and started shaping them. I calmly pointed out that one of the nails was not straight and asked if he could fix it. He made an adjustment, but when I politely asked a second time because it still wasn't straight, he suddenly got up, said, "Someone else do her nails," and walked away--leaving the work he had started completely unfinished. I had made an appointment and expected the service to be completed by the technician who started it. Instead, I was left sitting there waiting for someone else to take over. The front desk then told me I could either wait another 30 minutes for someone to become available or have the tips removed and go somewhere else. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I was polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction, and I don't believe I deserved to be treated this way simply because I asked for my nails to be corrected. I left extremely disappointed, especially after having my natural nails damaged during the removal process and then being left with an unfinished set. I hope management addresses this type of behavior so other customers don't have to experience what I experienced. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

After trying and being disillusioned with laser hair removal, I found Fran by googling local…read moreelectrologists. This was all very new to me, but I was desperate to get the hair removed so I made an appointment immediately. I've been seeing her for over three years, and she's amazing. Yes, it hurts, and yes, there is going to be some soreness/redness after the treatment (especially in the beginning, when the skin is adjusting) but she talked me through everything, answered any questions, even offering calamine or ice after. She has a lovely bedside manner, she's very, very fast, her prices are reasonable, and the hair she zaps is gone forever. I'm very happy.

Your response to my review is falsified…read more You most definitely said, "President Trump is about to give his first speech and I must watch it," and you certainly watched during the entire session, offering commentary, feedback and expounding on some of his points. You wrote in your response, "This woman is most likely a liberal democrat who hates Trump and hates Fox and in turn wrote this review as a way of canceling me, and trashing me, and feeding her elitist ego." Whew! Your assumption of my political affiliation is completely incorrect as is your comment of who I am (elitist ego?!). Did I talk about your character in my review? No. Sounds like slander to me. My review is about keeping politics out of the workplace (which is an American standard) and the results I had after my last session (see the pictures). Please stop making assumptions on people based on what they look like. It's not the first time you've made stereotypical comments. I honestly don't think that you recognize that you do it. You most definitely switched out a tool or device because you were "having trouble pulling hair out on the first try." I've posted the picture of the results. Pictures don't lie. As much as you understandably try to connect with your clients, you'd make better progress by staying away from comments about politics and race and stop making assumptions and inflammatory comments about people. And by the way, publicly posting details of my client experience, is a HIPAA violation since your service requires licensure and oversight. Edited: 7/21: I see you removed your previous response that included the slander and the HIPAA violations, however please be advised that I took screenshots. Stay tuned. Your new response, is yet another assumption, as you're prone to making. The pictures were taken 1-2 days after my last session with you.
