The results led me to Abby B, and thank goodness they did. I called in and booked an appointment for the very next day. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I explained my hair situation to Abby, and she immediately made me feel heard and reassured. She took the time to understand exactly what had gone wrong, and more importantly, what I wanted going forward. To say Abby worked miracles would be an understatement.
