She help grab my belongings and brought me to the chair with a smock to protect my clothes from water & hair color. I may also add that her hair washing chair is by far the most COMFORTABLE "chair" I have ever been in while waiting to be processed and washed in. I say "Chair" because it lays flat & you're not worried about getting a kink in your neck from waiting.
