I am so happy I found Cari! As someone who is naturally quite shy, I was incredibly comfortable throughout my entire appointment. Cari is so perceptive, fun, and easy to talk to. If you're looking for a stylist who is both skilled and genuinely caring, book with Cari. From the start, she impressed me by personally responding to my initial inquiry. It was clear I was talking to a real person who cared, not an automated system, and that immediately put me at ease. For my appointment, I asked for dark brunette highlights for the fall, and she absolutely delivered. Cari was warm, attentive, and fully present the entire time. She created a comfortable, uplifting space and put thoughtful care into every step. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and truly heard. I am so glad I found someone I can return to, and I will absolutely be back for my next appointment. Cari's professionalism, communication, and genuine approach set her apart. We love Aunty Cari! She was so thorough and educated us throughout the entire process. My son has been wanting highlights for over a year and has asked pretty much every single day. We wanted to choose the right person, right pricing, and right vibes for his first experience getting highlights/toned. We definitely chose right! Cari walked us through the process, explained how everything worked, and talk about after-care hair too. She is extremely thoughtful in her process and makes sure everyone, including my daughter (4 yo), had a great time too (she gave her toys to play with and interacted with all of us). The end product is amazing and my son can't stop looking in the mirror! Lol! He's excited to go back to school in a week and show all of his friends. Thank you! read more

Just wow! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional skills of Cari Ann. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. I hadn't gotten my hair colored in over 15 years and didn't even know where to start but I left the salon not just with a fantastic hairstyle but with a newfound confidence. I initially showed her what I was looking for and asked her to do what she feels would be best for my skin tone. At that moment I put all my trust in her. Not only did she take the time to understand my desired look, but the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a talented and personable hairstylist with a beautiful soul. She can keep a conversation going and It's like I knew her all my life. Cari Ann was awesome! She is such a pro and fun to work with. I found her scouring the internet for a great stylist while visiting my sister who lives on the island. So happy I found her!! She helped guide us through our desires that we envisioned for our styles ahead of our appointments and it exceeded my expectations! My sis and I are so different in our hair maintenance, colors and needs and she was so great with solutions that worked for both us. We had a great time getting to know each other and laughed a lot throughout the whole process. Wish I found her years ago!!! Look forward to returning!!! read more

It's like a resort but for your HAIR needs! Upon entering her Beautiful Salon you're greeted with a smile ear to ear from no other than Cari Ann herself who owns and operates Salon Posh! She help grab my belongings and brought me to the chair with a smock to protect my clothes from water & hair color. She even made me a espresso shot w/ some cookies I just needed a refresh of toner but I fully trust Cari Ann so I let her work her magic to prep my hair for my Wedding. Long story short - She KILLED IT, per usual! Color & Hair cut were just phenomenally done. I may also add that her hair washing chair is by far the most COMFORTABLE "chair" I have ever been in while waiting to be processed and washed in. I say "Chair" because it lays flat & you're not worried about getting a kink in your neck from waiting. There's so much to look at while getting your hair done (you can even shop for jewelry & some crystals) but conversations with her are therapeutic as she plays the best playlists. If you love late 90's & 2000's R&B her playlists is something I'd ask for. I can't wait to go back later this month for another refresh & haircut for my honeymoon! Thank you for going the whole nine yards for my hair goals. read more

Cari Ann is the most genuine, humble and personable hair stylist I've ever met. She truly cares about your hair goals and is REAL about what can be attained in a session and will go above and beyond to make it a reality. Needless to say, her work speaks for itself. I was still getting complimented on my hair a year and a half after it grew out. Even then, it wasn't "brassy" -- it still looked natural. I won't trust anyone else with my hair. Having my hair done by Cari was such a magical experience. Time and time again, I'm NEVER disappointed. Asian hair is so hard to work with and I've achieved colors I've never thought I could...in a matter of one session. These photos are from my second session. I think she did a stunning job. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful spirit. Her sincerity, authenticity, and skill level set her apart from ANY hairdresser I've experienced in my lifetime. First of all I especially appreciated her intake process. She went above and beyond to book me with my sensitive scheduling issues in mind. And her initial assessment was SO thorough. She asked a ton of great questions and from my answers and created a clear cut vision for the session based off of my preferences. The end result was me walking out of there with my dream hair after almost 2 years of dull and shapeless bummer hair. And she taught me so much too about how to properly care for my hair in between appointments. My hair has already improved a lot after implementing her advice and I've been really loving that. And I'll say it one more time. On top of all this skill and knowledge, her vibe is just out of this world you guys. Something special for sure. I left the session with her feeling wowed. Thinking how landing in her chair must have been my good karma or something. She even gifted me a complimentary scrunchie which she let me choose from a variety she picked up for her clients. How cute is that ! Definitely book with her if you have the chance. I highly recommend and will most definitely be back myself. Thanks for everything Cari read more

I was referred to Cari by a friend and decided to reach out to her to set an appointment for my mom who I wanted to gift a hair makeover. Cari never having met me before, was so professional and kind throughout the entire process of figuring out the arrangements for the gift. Cari completely transformed my mom's hair. The change that ensued was truly magical and all I heard for the next few months was my mom telling me how many compliments she kept receiving from perfect strangers. I was sold. I booked my appointment with Cari not long after. The salon is bright and inviting just like Cari herself. She listened to my hair wishes and then performed her magic turning my dull lackluster locks into soft, bouncy, layered strands. I highly HIGHLY recommend Cari as she delivers exceptional service. I trusted her judgement throughout the entirety and you will have a blast chatting with her. She is SO FUN! Thank you Cari for making my mom and me feel like glam goddesses!! read more
