I had a brassy and outgrown balayage from a previous salon and was so worried that the bleached ends would show through or ruin my hair quality but I was extremely pleasantly surprised to see the end result! Let me just start by saying I HATE haircuts. I never leave a hair salon happy. So I would only get a trim about once a year. This left me constantly looking like cousin It. I mean super dry ends, all of my split ends split all the way up, all one length, no body or volume. So professional, very sanitary and take all the precautions with this COVID world we live In. When you contact them, they have you send a picture of your hair, and a picture of what you would like. They give you a quote and THEY STICK TO THIER QUOTE after your haircut is done. The quote included the cut, wash, and styling. I was helped by Julienne, she is out of this world. She made me feel very comfortable, she understood my hair type and walked me through the process. She gave me exactly what I wanted without making my hair look choppy. She would stop in the middle of cutting and would ask if I wanted more layers, if I wanted shorter layers. She made sure I was still able to put all my hair back up into a ponytail. She blended my hair so beautifully. She actually gave me that feeling when I left salon that I would see others have but I never felt. I couldn't thank her enough. Now instead of going once a year I can go every three months because I won't dread it, now I can give my hair a chance to be healthy and beautiful. I'm able to Experience body and volume. Julienne really worked her magic into my hair because I'm telling you, it was an absolute mess. I had originally bleached my hair then dyed it red. After that I threw blue black box dye on my hair since I didn't like the way my red faded. Eventually while using my dandruff shampoo, I stripped my hair of anything good. I went in for a straight cut short hair look. I didn't realize the severity of the unevenness until I got home and looked at myself at all different angles. Once you walk in they greet you and I had my hair washed first and then had my hair silk conditioned and went under the blow dryer for 10 mins. The whole process was nice. My babylights were growing out and the blonde was turning yellow which made me cringe. I didn't feel like driving out to west LA to get it done only to feel like it wasn't completely what I wanted.
