Absolutely worst haircut I have ever received. Michelle was my stylist and not only did she charge me $90 for this haircut, the salon also would not respond when I reached out for them to either refund me or fix the situation. The attached pictures are taken right as I left the salon and as you can see, they are not like the reference pictures at all. When Michelle asked how long I would like the bangs, I told her right below my eyebrows but she grabbed them and snipped them haphazardly above my eyebrows which resulted in choppy, uneven bangs that she did not go back and fix after she snipped them. I even paid $10 extra for them to style my hair but as I was leaving, she told me I should go home and style it more. If you are inexperienced or simply cannot cut/style the type of look I am going for, I would much rather you just admit that than completely botching my hair.
