I got a Natural Wispy set done here and they were a great balance of enhancing and subtle. Ivy walked me through different lash lengths and was gentle during the application process. The environment was very cute and clean and they offered water and biscoff while you waited! I appreciated the variety of styles, lengths, and curls they offer. read more

I've had such amazing experiences everytime I've come in here. It took me a long time to find a lash place that can work on my Asian eyes and do styles that flatter it! The lash retention is honestly so good, sometimes I go over 3 weeks without even needing a fill! I've been coming back for months, and I probably will always continue to! My favorite lash artist is Sammy, she gets my style perfect every time, but I've seen other lash artists here when Sammy isn't available and I've had positive experiences every time! They're all super nice and understanding, so if you have any issues with the lashes or if you maybe weren't happy with the style you received, they're always willing to work with you to fix it. I'm so picky with my lashes, but they do an amazing job at understanding what I ask for and accommodating me if there's something I'd like to change! I highly recommend coming here, you won't regret it! read more

Im the type of person who gets picky when i get eyelash extensions done. Or l dont do them at all. I also have allergies so I tend to rub by eyes alot. I feel very lucky to restart my eyelash extension experience with Anita. I started first with lash lift. Then upgraded to extensions. And since then I always find myself coming back. I dont have any issues with her work. Post procedure, it is not uncomfortable and I dont see myself rubbing or touching the lash. I never had eyelid infection issues. Im glad Anita understands how to work with Asian eyes and that is also super important. She knows to make sure I dont look like I have a catterpillar sitting on my eye lol. Photo i have is mix of clover lash with wispy. Dd curl. read more

Y'all my lash girl now has a location in Walnut. For the past year or so I'd drive all the way to Chino because let me tell ya, the retention here is top notch. My go to is the Mermaid (see pics of 2 week retention & then the Fill). However, if you're unsure, the great thing about this place is they do a consultation for first timers AND have a special first time client price. I typically go to Sunny/Anita in Chino or Anita here in Walnut. She's super quick too but it doesn't mess with the quality. It's such a cute place, spacious, very clean and in a spot where parking is super easy to find. There's a Vons close by and MingCha my favorite boba spot to go to after I get my lashes done. I typically can push off a fill for 3 weeks or just get a new set after a month or so, but because I have a concert coming up I went for the 2 week fill. Follow them on IG as they come out with discounts here and there. Thanks! read more

This is my second time getting a lash lift here, and Anita is amazing. When I first reached out through Yelp to book an appointment, they responded very quickly and were able to fit me in the next day, even though it was super last-minute. My absolute favorite place to get my lashes done. You can tell the owner truly cares about the customer experience. There are thoughtful touches like blankets, a basket for your bag, a leg cushion, and lash brush covers. They also keep detailed records of the style and length used for each visit. I used to go to the Chino location, and when I switched to Walnut over a year later due to moving, I was pleasantly surprised that they had all my information on file. I consistently book with Ivy, but I appreciate that I can book with anyone and still trust the results. The retention is amazing--my lashes always last at least three weeks. read more

So happy Ours Lash opened a second location in Walnut, CA! I've been a loyal client at their Chino location since they opened in 2023, and I couldn't be more excited they've opened a new location with easy access and plenty of parking. My eyes are super sensitive, and Anita and her team are always so gentle and detail-oriented--a level of care that sets them apart from other lash salons. They offer a variety of lash styles, and I love how natural yet full they look. The quality is amazing, and their pricing is very reasonable for the level of service and lashes you're getting. The new Walnut location is spacious, clean, and has such a relaxing vibe. I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend Ours Lash if you're looking for beautiful lashes and a peaceful experience! read more

I had such a great experience at this eyelash store! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly and took the time to understand exactly what look I was going for. They explained the different lash styles and lengths, which really helped me choose the right set. The application process was comfortable, and I was impressed by how gentle and precise the technician was. My lashes came out looking natural but still full and glamorous--exactly what I wanted. It's been over a week and they're still holding up beautifully with no irritation. Pricing felt fair for the quality and service, and I love that they also shared aftercare tips so my lashes last longer. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends. read more

However, the upkeep on these lashes was so insane and I would have to get them refilled every 2 weeks for it to stay pretty. So, I asked Cici if there was anything similar to the Anime Lashes, but less upkeep. She told me about the Sunflower Lashes, and during my last visit, I switched over to these. So far, I am loving the retention and it looks super natural. I think I'm going to be sticking with the Sunflower Lashes for a while! The inside of the studio is super clean and pretty. There's also a pretty photo area at the front of the store. The bathroom is also super clean and has great lighting. I really recommend Miss Lash to anyone in the Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, and Chino Hills area! They're super nice and friendly and will answer all questions you have about lashes.

Save your money and your lashes. My lashes at first looked good. I started having discomfort and…read moresaw that they did a horrible job at isolating my lashes. I had a mess of lashes clumped together, & whatever glued they used kept irritating my eyes every time my eyes watered. They didn't disclosed that the lash artist was new, the other lash lady was assisting her the whole time. I tried to reach out and no resolution or refund was given. Also my lashes started falling and I could see the lash clusters mixed in with alot of my natural lashes. Response to owners claims: Thank you for your response. I did reach out regarding the discomfort and outcome and did not receive a timely follow up. Due to the condition of my lashes and ongoing discomfort, I chose to have them professionally removed to avoid further damage. My priority was my eye health. I also feel that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or taken accountability for. During my appointment, the lash artist required assistance throughout the service, which raised concerns about their level of experience. I also want to clarify that my concerns are based on my direct experience, including visible damage and discomfort that led me to seek professional removal. My review reflects my experience, including the outcome, discomfort, and lack of resolution.
