This was my FIRST time ever getting my hair professionally done, and I'm honestly so upset and disappointed. I trusted someone named Kero to give me a balayage something blonde but blended naturally with my dark hair and what I got was the complete opposite of what I asked for. I came in with VIRGIN HAIR--never dyed, never touched and somehow still left with hair that looks completely ruined. My hair turned out GREY. Not blonde, not bronde... just straight up grey. It looks dull, uneven, and honestly it aged me so much. I feel horrible about how I look. I've cried multiple times since yesterday at 2pm because I was so excited for this and it turned into a nightmare. What hurts the most is that if this wasn't something he could do, he should've just been honest instead of taking my money and giving me something completely different. Their process is chaotic and unprofessional; instead of a dedicated stylist, they had two different men bouncing back and forth to apply my color, leading to a complete disaster. Stay Away - Hair Extensions Nightmare & Unprofessional Salon This salon completely ruined my hair. I got K-tip extensions here, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any salon. The installation was done so badly that the K-tips were fully visible; even at the top of my head. When I put my hair in a ponytail, they were showing everywhere. On top of that, the parting was wrong and caused tension that started breaking my real hair. I've worn K-tips before for over 5 months with zero problems, so I know what a proper install should look and feel like this wasn't it. The hair they used was dry, frizzy, brittle, and tangled constantly. It looked and felt like it had already been over-bleached and damaged before it was ever installed. Honestly, the extensions I had removed before this looked 10 times better. What makes it worse is how they handled the situation: They didn't. I reached out by text, email, and Instagram; more than once and got no response at all. Not even a "we'll look into it." Nothing. It's beyond unprofessional. I got my hair done with Muhammad here. Found him on instagram. I went in with virgin hair and no prior work done. I came out with a headache and fried hair!!! The amount of damage that was done was unbelievable. He was extremely rough for no reason and I could feel my hair being ripped out. They burned my hair to the point it couldn't be brushed when they were shampooing it!!! They were being soooo rough!! He hit my head with the brush MULTIPLE TIMES when he was trying to tease my hair to add the color. I'm not being dramatic. This is not a salon but a chop shop. They use extremely cheap products and cram in as many clients as possible. I would not recommend this place. At the end, my hair did not look like what I asked. I went home and did a Madison reed color treatment myself. Waste of time, money and precious good hair that I grew out for over a year to get even hair color they also overcharged me but I was trying to get out so fast, I didn't even care at that point. Over the last few years, I have been consistently disappointed when coming in due to the volume of customers and the constant wait times for my appointments. I had an appointment on December 20th at 12 pm. When entering the business, there was an employee doing someone's hair outside because there was not enough space inside. Once inside, it felt more like a nightclub than a salon. The music was very loud, and employees were rushing around every where. I checked in with the receptionist and was taken over to get my hair washed. I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come. The woman who washed my hair was by far the highlight of my appointment. While she was very pleasant and did a good job, the water was freezing because the hot water did not work. She apologized for the cold water and worked quickly so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. She then had me take a seat on the couch back in reception because there wasn't a spot for me to sit at a salon chair. I was then ignored until I got up at 12:30 and spoke to the receptionist. I told her I had had an appointment at 12, had been waiting half an hour and would be happy to see anyone who had time because I had to leave by 1:30. She apologized, went to speak with Tony and told me that it would be just a few more minutes. I sat back down and was finally seated in a salon chair. I was then ignored again. At 1 pm, an hour after my appointment time, I went back to reception and cancelled my appointment. The receptionist apologized again, went to speak to Tony and then asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I told her no before walking out. I went in and hadn't highlighted my natural light brown hair in a year. I asked for baby lights and natural so that the regrowth wasn't that noticeable. I ended up being totally bleach blonde afterwards. Very thick, chunky highlights. You get what you pay for. They didn't listen to me. I went back about 6 weeks later (there was a line and chunks of blonde highlights right next to my dark regrowth) and asked for low lights or a root blend. I told them I didn't like being so bleach blonde. At first they wanted to do high lights and low lights. I said no I don't want to be any blonder. So they did some color on my roots and did low lights. It's been about 6 weeks and I have like 3 bands of different colors in my hair. One is bleach blonde. The second is orange red. The stylist didn't listen and didn't do what I requested with my hair. Gave me short bangs when I clearly told him I wanted curtain bangs but long. I told him I wanted a voluminous blow out with curls from his round brush... he kept telling me "I'm not finished yet" and instead gave me flat straight hair.
