The waxers are friendly and treat you well. This was my first time at the Newport location. My wax Specialist was Samantha. She was very personable and professional. My wax came out good. I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more.
