She told me that all the information for each client is stored in their computer system so that in the event you love your hair and you say, "same as last time" - they can mimic it perfectly (or vice versa, if it doesn't suit - you can tell them and they can make changes based on what colors you used last time). I spent over two hours in Chrissy's chair and she had the perfect interpersonal style. Not too chatty, not too quiet. Perfect level of customer interaction. They run a 20% new client discount, so after that, I was charged $138 for all service. I love the color, she didn't take too much off during the trim and I got a great blow-out to boot. The salon itself is bright, clean and well maintained. The owner, Joe, was right there alongside his staff...sweeping floors, taking clients...that's a nice thing to see! The chairs aren't regular salon chairs they're cushy clouds. I went here when it was previously stilettos not really knowing any other salons wanted to stick with what I knew. I don't get my hair done often but I will be now. Starting with the consult Alexa made sure I knew what I was getting and made sure she knew what exactly I wanted. She seemed happy to chat and also picked up on when I wanted to just sit and play my phone games. The color I wanted to achieve was purple but not like in your face purple. She nailed it ! Loved the equipment at the salon as well- rather than a spaceship blow dryer they had updated heaters which don't blast your ears. The sinks were comfortable on the neck and while sitting conditioning you get a very relaxing forehead massage and hot towel for under your neck.
