I'm growing out my hair with long layers and was looking for a new stylist after my previous…read morehaircut didn't turn out quite the way I had asked--especially my bangs, which were cut much shorter than I wanted. I decided to try this salon and booked with Libby, and I'm so glad I did! She really took the time to listen to what I was unhappy with about my previous cut, watched a short video I showed her of the style I was going for, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she started. I have very thick hair, and Libby did a great job with the layering and texturing while still keeping the length I'm trying to grow out. And most importantly--she listened when I told her not to cut my bangs too short! I'm really happy with my updated cut and have already received several compliments. I also really enjoyed my time at the salon--the atmosphere was welcoming, the conversation was great, and the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable. I've already recommended Libby to a couple of friends with long, layered hair, and I will definitely be back and requesting her again!

Freddy was great! He went out of his way to make sure I he and I were on the same page with what I…read morewas asking. I was a walk-in appt and asked for lots of layers with sweeping bangs. Freddy delivered!! I had been trimming my own hair for the last few years just to avoid the anxiety and irritation of finding a new stylist and worrying if they would get what I was describing... He didn't make fun of my amateur hack job, of which I'm sure my hair suffered... He was quick and efficient, so I didn't get antsy. He kept me facing the mirror through the cut which honestly, I really liked. I got to choose whether to close my eyes and go into my own world or watch the magic. When he styled my hair he turned the chair, likely to make sure he had enough slack in the cord to the blow dryer and curling iron. That was totally fine. I kept my eyes shut anyway in case hair was in my face during the styling. The end result was AMAZING. Oh and during the shampoo the head massage was devine!
