Overpriced and RUDE. My daughter got her nails done here for the prom and two came off in one day. I had to take her to Vans to her nails fixed. They even made some customer feel awkward because she had a Groupon, or however they do that. One employee basically told her she picked the wrong day to use it and then the lady got up from the pedicure area and left. read more

I was a REPEATED costumer, always would get my eyebrows and lip done. i would walk in and they would always except me even when busy and I would not mind to wait. Today stoped by for my wax this young I'm guessing new girl ask me what I need, I told her and she said she would ask if they had time for me. I have never been ask or told that. Especially when they were not even busy. that girl comes back and tells me they don't have time for me at 4:00pm when the salon closed at 7:00pm. Yeah definitely not going back. read more

Returned to this salon today with a couple of friends. Asked for a dip manicure. (Update, most of my nails stayed on pretty good for 2 weeks.. 2 nails broke) For this, they did the cuticle care and such that was lacking from my previous visit... however I was also charged $50 rather than $40... The lady was SUPER rude about it too when I didn't realize that I had apparently asked for a different service... dip nails vs. a dip MANICURE. Getting my nails done should imply that a manicure is necessary.. I'm not just asking you to slap some polish on my nails. This salon is over hyped, over priced, and the workers are rude. Gave it a couple stars because it's gorgeous inside and the staff is very friendly. My pedicure was nice and had I gone in for only that, I probably would've been okay with it. However, if you plan on getting SNS dip, RUN FAR FAR AWAY. First off, yes. My nails are short. But that should not mean my nails will stick to my skin. I spent my entire drive after I left trying to separate my nails from the skin on my fingers. They were sloppy, thick and uneven. Plus they put a gel top coat on them that caused sharp peaks on the tops of my nails. I could not believe that they let me leave with so much of the hardened SNS powder all over my fingers. I peeled so much off before I even took pictures. On top of this, they were not cheap. $45 to have thick, gloppy nails. I ended up driving straight to my normal place to pay to get them fixed. The second place told me they did such a bad job with my nails, that they are already separating from my natural nails and will pop off in 1-2 weeks. Suffice to say I will not be returning anytime soon. Gorgeous location, but you can't put lipstick on a pig and call it a fancy manicure. If you want your feet pampered, maybe. If you care about what your nails look like, move on my friend. read more

I had a massage with Michelle last week. She was fantastic!! She was very accommodating when i had to change the time of my massage the day before and opened the studio early! She checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right and gave tips on how to help problem areas in everyday life. This place was terrible with my hair, they just slapped on the hair dye/bleach and burned my scalp in the process. They even made me pay full price afterwards! Do not trust them with your hair! They left me in their salon chair for a hour before they took out the bleach I have hives on my head because of it! If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I am very glad I picked this place for my friends first professional mani-pedi. The staff was very helpful. Our feet soaked a little too for my liking, but we were checked in on just right number of times.They offered beverages and a small bowl of fruit salad. My friend and I decided to be adventurous and try the Thai tea and it was delicious. I believe the staff worked an hr over the time they closed to make sure we had a great service. We both really appreciated it and made sure they were rewarded for it. This place offers many services. I look forward to saving up and making a mother daughter spa day with them. read more

Went to get my hair done and she did not listen to a single thing I asked for. She went WAAY DARKER then I asked for. I walked in blonde and walked out with black hair. Honestly, I am in love with this place. Cindy is so talented, kind, and overall amazing! Salon James' facilities are GORGEOUS and so clean. I've had my hair cut and colored here, and the results are breathtaking for me! She even waxed my eyebrows/lip area and did a brow tint, and it's a perfect job. I can't wait to come in for a full lash extension job and nails!! I even got cranberry juice and lemonade while waiting for my hair to dye. As I waited I was greeted by multiple people as well as offered a beverage while I waited. The salon itself was very clean and comfortable. Excellent service from the moment I walked until I left! I came on a busy weekend (4th of July). I was offered a beverage of my choice and was catered to every step of the way. At one point, I got chilly. I was brought a warm and cozy blanket! My pedicure was completed by Tina. If you want to talk, she will. But if you want to relax, she lets you do that.
