Was recommended by a friend to come here & was not disappointed! This is a Korean hair salon but don't let the language barrier keep you from coming. We could communicate just enough to figure out what I wanted. She took her time & did an amazing job making sure to ask for approval before cutting anything. (I really appreciated that because other salons always cut too short) I paid $50 for shampoo & women's cut for long hair which is a good price for the services provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I've been looking for a new place to get my haircut being that I just moved to the area. I came in without an appointment, so it was about a 20 minute wait which is ok. An older lady asked me to take a seat yet she didn't even ask what I wanted to get. I proceeded to SPECIFICALLY tell her I wanted a low fade 1.5 on the sides and just an inch or two off the top. You couldn't get a barber to give you this haircut even if you asked them to f*** your hair up. I also gave her two reference photos that are shown below. First two photos is the absolute abomination of a haircut if you can even call it that. The next two photos are the references I gave her which she completely ignored. read more

Depending on who do you get. The Korean old lady f up my hair. Her cutting style is close to a beginner hair stylist. She would take chucks out of my hair with no regard to my style. My hair looks like a mushroom. I wouldn't be coming back. My first experience is with a gentleman and he wasn't in that day. Unfortunately, I had to settle for her. James has always been very meticulous with my hair and always pay attention to detail. But the last time I went in, he really messed my hair up. I had a perm 6 months ago by him and there were still some curls left at the bottom, I only wanted a small trim with NO LAYERS, plus I didn't want another perm. Somehow he managed to put a lot of layers to my hair and cut off a lot more of the hair than I wanted. I was so distressed leaving. I had to go to a different salon immediately to have it fixed. I can't go back there because he lost my trust. Please listen to your customer no matter if you think some other shape would suit them. read more
