LOVE LOVE LOVE! This salon is top tier. I go to Lindsay specifically. I've been going to her for a little over a year now and I'm so happy every time I leave. I send her photos of what I'd like done, she explains what it is to me and tells me what to expect. Not to mention, she also is SO gentle on my hair. I have a sensitive head and she's so gentle and respectful. She's also very easy to talk to and explains what she's doing and asks along the way if I'm certain that that's what I want. She's very knowledgeable too! I love Lindsay! The salon itself is really nice and clean. The staff seem to have a great relationship with each other. That makes me more comfortable going in too. I'd highly recommend Lindsay and Salon Eros to anyone! read more

I was a regular client of the owner of Eros Salon for approximately a year, going to her for hair extensions, color and cuts. My appointments were typically very long--often around six hours--and I spent a significant amount of money on my hair over the course of that year. Unfortunately, my most recent experience showed me exactly how little my business and loyalty apparently meant to her. Before my appointment, I texted to let her know I was running late. While I was already on my way, she began texting me about her 15-minute grace period and telling me she had another client after me. Fair enough--salons have schedules and late policies. But what happened when I arrived was completely unacceptable. Instead of having a normal, professional conversation with me, the OWNER began yelling at me. I was honestly shocked by the level of hostility, attitude and disrespect. I wasn't going to stand there and allow someone I had paid thousands of dollars over the course of a year to scream at me, so I left. Then came the dispute over the hair I had already paid for. Despite the appointment not proceeding, she refused to refund my money for the hair. That only reinforced my decision that I would never give this business another dollar. The most disappointing part is the owner's attitude. In my experience, she behaves as though she is somehow above her customers and entitled to speak to people however she chooses. There is an arrogance and unpleasantness that I overlooked for far too long because I had an established relationship with her and liked having consistency with my hair. This final incident was the last straw. Let's be clear: this isn't some exclusive celebrity salon where customers should feel privileged just to get through the door. It's a neighborhood salon in Hoffman Estates. Customers are the reason any salon stays in business, and treating a loyal customer as though she's beneath you is an incredibly poor way to run one. I fully acknowledge that I was late. If she couldn't accommodate me, all she had to say was, "I'm sorry, we need to reschedule." That would have been the end of it. Instead, she chose to yell at me and turn a scheduling issue into an ugly confrontation. After being a loyal customer for a year, I walked away from this experience thinking: Why did I ever tolerate this woman's attitude or spend this much money here? My recommendation is simple: steer clear of Eros Salon. There are far too many talented stylists and professional salon owners in the area to spend your money somewhere you may be treated with hostility and disrespect. I will never return, and I absolutely do NOT recommend spending your money here! The owners demeanor is deeply unpleasant, unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional! read more

Jocelyn was amazing...lovely sweetheart of a gal and did exactly what I asked. My hair looks great and I will return...

I went in last week to get my hair done and through out the whole appointment, there was a girl on the floor that was that giving me dirty looks and was obviously talking about me and whispering to another girl. I've been coming here a few months and I'm always satisfied with how my hair turns out but am very disgusted by the behavior of the new girl. Stay clear of the girl with a red stripe in her hair. Very unprofessional!! read more

I paid for my wife's hair to get done with the most experienced stylist and it came out terrible. I ended up having to pay someone else to correct her work. The new stylist said the previous work was neglectful and there were several mistakes made. New stylist also achieved my wife's goal for her hair at a fraction of the price while still maintaining her hair health! The only response we could get to address our dissatisfaction was through leaving a review. Once her hair was done, we couldnt get a call back from Eros.. read more

Unreasonably priced and my hair came out terrible. After spending almost $1400. I got no response from salon owner after reaching out about my dissatisfaction. Forced to dispute with bank Also, the vibe was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Stylists talking about hookups and drinking like there's not even a stranger right in front of them.. read more

I have been looking for a new stylist for a while and have been a little picky (I had been going to the same person for about 17 years). I've tried other places and while the service was good, it just didn't feel like "home". After searching I came across Salon Eros on a fb post with one the stylists, Lindsay, advertising her services. After looking at her instagram photos I decided to try out her services and I'm so thankful I did. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with such a friendly welcome. We did the initial consultation of what I was looking to achieve with my haircut and I was so in between 2 styles. After talking things over we started the service and the whole experience I couldn't have asked for anything better. Lindsay just isn't a great stylist but the conversations we had was more than I could ever ask for. I have never opened up to someone I did not know about any of my personal matters and she just made me feel so welcome to be able to do that. I felt as if we had been friends for years. She shared some of the same struggles that I'm currently going through and it was just such a breath of fresh air. Thank you Lindsay for my beautiful cut and thank you for being such a wonderful person and ear to listen. Can't wait for my next appointment. read more

I've been going to Taylor since 2021. I am incredibly picky with my coloring, previously I would drive back 5 hours to my prior colorist. Taylor is AMAZING and now won't let a single other person touch my hair for any coloring services. Her skills with blonding and balayage are unmatched. I always have the best time getting my hair done at Salon Eros. The entire team always makes the visit so fun and relaxing. I can't recommend this Salon and Taylor enough! read more

I have had my hair done by both Taylor and Loni and both are super friendly and professional. I recommend everyone that I can to SaSalon Eros as I have never been disappointed with a service and believe that all money spent there is worth it for the quality received. This salon has a laid back vibe and all of the stylists and assistants do their best to make you feel comfortable. read more

My stylist Taylor is exceptional. I started seeing her five years back for my first haircut after brain surgery. I was so self conscious and was hopeful to have gotten some dignity back with a rad haircut despite the scary nature of my scalp scar. She did just that. It made me feel like me again and the whole time she was gentle respectful and all around cool about my unique hair situation. Since then, I keep going back and still get fabulous haircuts and color with my back to long locks. She even cuts the hair of my three full of energy kids. Highly recommend read more
