NEENAH LOCATION…read more Salon: Clean, comfortable, the prices are decent and affordable. The ease of making/ getting appointments that fits your schedule is great. Staff: Upbeat, professional, personable, knowledgeable and talented. Special Mention to my normal hairstylist : Amanda K. She is absolutely amazing! I have never had a stylist that could execute exactly what I wanted until I found Amanda. My colors are always perfect. Absolutely hands down PERFECT. The colors are well blended, natural looking, and last a long time. My cut is always the right style and length, and well...gorgeous! I can only say I got a 'bad job' from her one time. And that is because I told her I wanted bangs... As it turned out, afterwards, I did not, in fact, want bangs. She tried to talk me out of it, knowing me better than I knew myself. So that 'bad cut' was 100% MY FAULT. So basically what I am saying... If you Don't go to Amanda for your hair needs, You must not care about your hair!

Salon Midi is an Aveda salon so the entire place smells amazing! There are 2 massage rooms in the back with dim lights and relaxing spa music. My deep tissue, 90-minute massage was with Sally. I can honestly say that it was THE BEST massage that I have EVER had! It was so good, in fact, that I referred my best friend to Sally and now she's hooked! Sally is very professional and kind, and gives the most incredible massages. Their prices are great, too! I highly recommend checking out Salon Midi to see what I am talking about. I know you will be hooked, too!!!

I was completely beside myself with the style I was given which was nothing like I asked for! In fact it was a haircut nobody would ask for! With tears in my eyes I went online trying to find somebody who might be able to fix it. I emailed a local salon, pouring out my heart about my recent visit to another salon. I was contacted very shortly after I sent the email even though it was in the evening. I was very surprised to hear back from somebody even though it was after hours. This is when I met dear Kelsey! She had me come in the next day and was able to fix my hair, even to the point where you couldn't tell how bad it was before! As a matter of fact it was gosh darn cute! I have been going to her ever since and plan to continue! I thoroughly enjoy every visit I have with Kelsey! Not only is she an artist at what she does but she is also quite personable! I still, after all these months, cannot thank her enough!

I saw they had someone here that appeared capable. I was scheduled for a consultation. When I went in for the consultation, the hair stylist doing the actual perm wasn't even the one who conducted the consultation. The girl who did conduct it took pictures of my hair and felt it and I left after five minutes. I received a phone call later saying the integrity looked good and we could go ahead with the perm. I was scheduled and came in and all was fine until the perm was rinsed. My hair felt like ramen, and was over processed. There was little to no curl and my hair was frizzy, gooey mess. Instead of being honest, the stylist put me under a heater, brushed through any curls that actually maintained, and put tons of product in my hair in an attempt to make it appear wavy/curly. I noticed she went to the front desk to tell the receptionist something and then came back and said 'all done. Give it a few days and then wash it out and it'll be good'. When I paid, they knocked $35 off the total price (clearly showing they knew they messed up) without even telling me. I went home and was bawling. I couldn't touch my hair, the texture was awful and there was so much product I couldn't even brush it. I called the salon and let them know how unhappy I was and how terrible it looked and felt. They told me to wait a few days and wash it and then call. I waited a few days and washed it. My hair felt disgusting and even worse than before. I couldn't brush it or hair would fall out in small clumps. I called and I demanded a refund so that I could go elsewhere and try to salvage it. They refused due to wanting to maintain "integrity of the salon". They offered to fix it and feeling I had no other choice, I returned. They put in a protein treatment which did nothing. I ended up with 10 inches cut off and a short bob. I am furious with the way the situation was handled and that I lost all my hair and had to pay for that experience. You are the professionals, and should know what you're doing. If you don't, tell your client, don't pretend you know what you're doing and then ruin their hair. I understand that there is potential for accidents in the world of hair, but I feel with a proper consult and communication, this could have been avoided. Do not come here. They care more about their "InTeGrItY" than they do their clients.
