All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn't remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they're still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I'm not even charged that on Maui. Do your self a favor & go somewhere else!! I wish I hadn't of paid. This place is the literal worst. UPDATE: The bigger question is why is MANAGEMENT of the salon so quick to call every bad review a LIE? Because they know it's true, perhaps? In fact, that is the case! During a pedicure, the technician used a foot rasp (the "cheese grater" tool) on the TOPS of my toes. Despite me explaining that my skin is very sensitive and tender, she continued until I was left with bloody scrapes and blisters. Using this tool on the tops of toes is not standard practice and was incredibly painful. When I called to share my concerns and sent photos, the response was defensive and unprofessional. Instead of listening, a man spoke to me using "legal mumbo jumbo" as if I were threatening a lawsuit. He even tried to shift the blame onto me for not disclosing a medical condition, despite the fact that this tool should never be used on the tops of anyone's feet. It took months of follow-up and sending photo updates of my scarring before I was finally heard. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the mistake and a promise to retrain the staff, but the salon turned a simple safety concern into a hostile confrontation. Proceed with caution.

Scheduled an appointment at 10am for a pedicure got there at 10 am and not brought to start until…read more1015am. When asked what color I simply asked if the regular perfect match polish had the gel polish, after being argued with and told no they didn't have the perfect match gel polish, I said forget it, then 10 minutes passed and miraculously the perfect match color appeared. During the finishing touches of cutting and filing my toes, a dremel filer was used this cut my toe in a straight line right below my cuticle and on the top of my 2nd toe and cut my one big toe very short, all nails not even. This was about 45 minutes into the pedicure (just a basic) then the gentleman started painting my toes with gel polish, after about 4 layers of gel with no curing he starts removing the polish that got onto my skin, still has yet to put it under the light. This process took about 25 minutes before he went to get help with polishing my toes. Then someone else came over and tried blaming it on the polish because it was new and to thin, if it was new it would be thick, it would only be thin if acetone was added in order to make it thinner. I have never left a pedicure in so much pain from being cut. Absolutely ridiculous! No tip given as I even had a hard time paying for the very poor service in the first place. Do not recommend this place and if I could do 0 stars that is what it would be!!
