I've been going here since right before Covid, and the service has really gone downhill recently…read more Techs are rushing through every step of pedicure and acrylic fills to the point of puddling and sloppy placement of materials. My nails ended up so thick, not natural looking at all. The entire place needs a makever and a thorough cleaning. Very visible dust on the clocks and faded art on the walls. The smocks all the techs wear need to be washed or replaced. Dirty. And yes, the language barrier with most of the techs makes trying to explain concerns fruitless.

I wanted to love this place, nice atmosphere, clean salon but quality of nails was not good. I went…read morein for a basic gel manicure, I wanted my natural nail; requested to keep as much length as possible w/ nails still being evened out (all similar lengths). Not only are my nails all different lengths, the technician made my cuticles bleed. To top it off I requested very simple dots on the nails for new years, he proceeded to put messy ginormous dots that ended up all spooling together to make a giant puddle on my nails. I did politely ask him to take off the "dots" and just keep my nails natural, but over all I felt my experience was not good.

Rating: I used to enjoy coming here, but a recent…read moreexperience and the management's response have ensured I will never return. During a pedicure, the technician used a foot rasp (the "cheese grater" tool) on the TOPS of my toes. Despite me explaining that my skin is very sensitive and tender, she continued until I was left with bloody scrapes and blisters. Using this tool on the tops of toes is not standard practice and was incredibly painful. When I called to share my concerns and sent photos, the response was defensive and unprofessional. Instead of listening, a man spoke to me using "legal mumbo jumbo" as if I were threatening a lawsuit. He even tried to shift the blame onto me for not disclosing a medical condition, despite the fact that this tool should never be used on the tops of anyone's feet. It took months of follow-up and sending photo updates of my scarring before I was finally heard. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the mistake and a promise to retrain the staff, but the salon turned a simple safety concern into a hostile confrontation. Proceed with caution.
