My bridal party is mixed ethnicity, all with different hair textures and desired hair styles, but Hannah and her team did a wonderful job! But they both received a natural look they were happy with. Also, my hair, veil and pin were flawlessly in place all night! We finished my hair around 2pm and from then until 11pm I needed it to stay up and under control. I had half my hair up and half of it down, swept to the side. Hannah sent an itinerary ahead of time so I and my bridesmaids would know what to expect. I am a professional makeup artist contracted by this company, and I can tell you these folks…read moregenuinely have been abysmal to deal with from an employee standpoint and I'm not sure what that says about them as a company, but I would NOT trust your credit card number with them. They pay us via their own online payroll system and we have to login to to transfer our funds to a bank account or Paypal. After working a few jobs with them, my account was hacked and someone was able to login, add a new transfer method and transfer my wages to their account within 4 minutes of my being notified of a "new login". I saw it immediately as I was on my computer when it happened, and changed the password, but it was too late. They had transferred funds to a Paypal account that was named with my last name, so it's obvious that there was some kind of data breach in their system that allowed for someone to strategize this and did this either to track their transfers or simply to fly under the radar and not be noticed. I didn't share my password or login with anyone, nor did I have any other login attempts or hacks on any other account so it's obviously stemmed from wherever this data is being stored. This also obviously was someone that knew their system well enough to be able to do this so quickly in spite of their website backend being a little strange to navigate. After completely ignoring multiple emails, their controller finally responded. I was shocked at the lack of seriousness in the company's response. I could not imagine why any company would not take seriously that their data is so not secure, that their employees wages are straight up getting stolen. Who runs their company that way? When I finally did get a response, the controller was not only NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT apologetic or empathetic for ACTUAL WAGES from hours of SKILLED WORK getting stolen from THEIR lack of security in THEIR unfortunate excuse for a payroll system, but when asked what the company was willing to do to rectify or assure me that I was safe to continue working and this would not happen again, she simply responded by denying that this has ever happened before and saying there was nothing she could do. I was floored. Any company that handles their employees and their online security this way has no ethics (at best) and can absolutely not be trusted, especially with your data and credit card info.

First time coming to this place yesterday. I was in the area and thought I'd try out a nail salon…read morein the area. The place looks nice with very comfy looking seats. I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I was asked to enter my phone number on a check in screen by the door. It's was around 1-2PM so the place was not so busy for a Sunday afternoon. I was given a chair and asked to pick a color. I asked AI to decide on the color for me and I was greeted with Amy and another lady for my nails. I got the deluxe package for my feet and mini for my hands. I don't do polish on my hands. Amy is a seasoned professional. She understood that my feet tends to have thicker cuticles and she needed to get them all off for my comfort. Many salons will tell you don't do that but the final outcome is that I go home with more cuticles and less comfort and more business for them because they will test my will to come back early due to pain in my toes. So Amy did a great job here. My hand was a little problematic at first. But another lady who seems to be monitoring customer satisfaction came by and offered to fix it. The same nail technician who worked on it first was given another chance to fix it. She tried but she was unable to fix the issue. I told them I'm okay. I'm good. Then Brian came and told me that customer service is very important to him and that he prefers I get it fixed now and he can do so in 15 mins. He asked Amy, the nail technician who worked on my pedicure to look at my hands and fix them. Amy did the same amount of cars she did for my toes to my hands. I will definitely come back for Amy. Next is the eye brow waxing. It was quick and efficient. Jenny serviced my brows. I walked out of there feeling better than when I walked in.
