I originally had her assistant at one of the weddings and felt my makeup was decent but not the way I would like for our wedding. I went to another artist for a trial but felt like she wasn't able to execute what I was asking for. In reality, I shouldn't have gone on a search, I came back to Chau and her attentiveness and consideration was worth it! She knows what she is doing and I could trust her the entire process. My makeup was prefect! She covered all the areas I requested and prepped the makeup in case of tears. My hair was beautiful and she knew what to do to accentuate the accessories I had. Her assistants are skilled but may be off the mark sometimes. My bridesmaid's foundation was a few shades too light as she has a darker complexion. She didn't notice until after everything was already on and didn't want the artist to redo all her work. It was still decent but something to keep in mind. Don't look any further for a makeup artist as she is worth the price!

Linh took the time to understand my preferences and the look I wanted, while also making sure everyone in my wedding party felt comfortable and happy with their looks. The makeup felt natural, the products worked really well with my skin, and my lashes were comfortable throughout the entire day. Everything stayed in place beautifully, even through a long wedding day filled with photos, dancing, and plenty of moving around. I was especially happy with how well my curls held up. My hair is naturally very straight and tends to lose its curl quickly, so I was really happy to see that my curls stayed intact throughout the entire wedding day. Even after hours of photos, dancing, and being on the move, my hair still looked great! The touch-up kit was also extremely helpful. Right before the ceremony, I needed a quick touch-up around my eye area, and having everything I needed on hand made it so easy to freshen up before walking down the aisle. Communication and professionalism were also great from the planning process through the wedding day. Linh was responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience feel stress-free. The morning of the wedding was organized, and the team did a great job keeping everything on schedule while still making the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup and felt confident and beautiful throughout the entire day. My friend had initially wanted a half do like all of the bridesmaids did, but to stand out as a bride, Miranda gave a new suggestion to her and I think it was a good choice for her to go with Miranda's recommendation of hair style. My bridal party is mixed ethnicity, all with different hair textures and desired hair styles, but Hannah and her team did a wonderful job! I really appreciated that the makeup artist was flexible and considerate when doing the makeup of my mom and mother-in-law; neither wear much makeup and were worried about heavy makeup or makeup that doesn't suit their style and age. But they both received a natural look they were happy with. Also, my hair, veil and pin were flawlessly in place all night! We finished my hair around 2pm and from then until 11pm I needed it to stay up and under control. I had half my hair up and half of it down, swept to the side. I am a professional makeup artist contracted by this company, and I can tell you these folks…read moregenuinely have been abysmal to deal with from an employee standpoint and I'm not sure what that says about them as a company, but I would NOT trust your credit card number with them. They pay us via their own online payroll system and we have to login to to transfer our funds to a bank account or Paypal. After working a few jobs with them, my account was hacked and someone was able to login, add a new transfer method and transfer my wages to their account within 4 minutes of my being notified of a "new login". I saw it immediately as I was on my computer when it happened, and changed the password, but it was too late. They had transferred funds to a Paypal account that was named with my last name, so it's obvious that there was some kind of data breach in their system that allowed for someone to strategize this and did this either to track their transfers or simply to fly under the radar and not be noticed. I didn't share my password or login with anyone, nor did I have any other login attempts or hacks on any other account so it's obviously stemmed from wherever this data is being stored. This also obviously was someone that knew their system well enough to be able to do this so quickly in spite of their website backend being a little strange to navigate. After completely ignoring multiple emails, their controller finally responded. I was shocked at the lack of seriousness in the company's response. I could not imagine why any company would not take seriously that their data is so not secure, that their employees wages are straight up getting stolen. Who runs their company that way? When I finally did get a response, the controller was not only NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT apologetic or empathetic for ACTUAL WAGES from hours of SKILLED WORK getting stolen from THEIR lack of security in THEIR unfortunate excuse for a payroll system, but when asked what the company was willing to do to rectify or assure me that I was safe to continue working and this would not happen again, she simply responded by denying that this has ever happened before and saying there was nothing she could do. I was floored. Any company that handles their employees and their online security this way has no ethics (at best) and can absolutely not be trusted, especially with your data and credit card info.
