I saw a personal transaction for a car sale and at 2:40 I asked how much longer it would be?? The phone rang and the attendant was told to put me in the pedi chair with water. Love this salon. From the moment you walk in, you feel a part of the family. Salon professionals are knowledgeable and quick to offer color suggestion and pairings for toes and fingers. At Diane's suggestion, I have ventured out of my comfort zone and wear bright colors on my toes and love it! The hot stone massage with the pedicure is particularly great for runners or people who spend a lot of time on their feet. The gel manicure really lasts a solid two weeks and Diane is always working with my beat up running feet to pamper them and recover them to a presentable state. In the last six months, I have become a regular and love the ease and convenience of the online scheduler which sends a txt or email confirmation of the appointment. I've been driving by this place for years and never stopped in until this spring. On my birthday they pampered me and gave me an amazing pedicure and hot stone leg massage. I was off to meet a friend and didn't have the time for a full manicure but they insisted on cleaning up my nails quickly and did an amazing job! All of this for far less than what I've paid at Moodz, Lux, Nails and Co, and Signature Nails. I'm floored! I was exhausted after a long week, and in desperate need of a mani before going away for the long weekend. I found this place on Yelp, and despite having old and few reviews, they were amazing so I went and wow am I glad. The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and even offer a worry free guarantee . I (against better judgment) used opi shellac for my nails (some reason that brand sucks on my nails), and after the weekend peeled. I called, expecting to get the single nail fixed, and here's where it got even better. The manicurist not only remembered me, but asked about my weekend, and soaked all my nails off and put me in a massage chair while I waited. I just started coming to Salon D'Elegance about a month or so ago and I must say I'm impressed! I'm very demanding when it comes to my nails and these ladies just get it! They do a wonderful job and customer service is great, everyone is really nice. I tried many places and I used to "fix" my nails after leaving each salon because I didn't think the work was excellent. There was always something not done quite right. Now I just leave Salon D'Elegance and go on with my day, nothing to fix. I called to inquire about appointment availability & was told they didn't have any. I spent a few minutes, without any luck, searching Yelp for another quality nail salon in the area, when I received a call back from Salon D'elegance saying they were adding more staff & I could make the appointment! Top notch! We were also able to try a special "dazzle dry" polish and despite paying the extra $10, the staff refunded us as a special trial to see if we liked the polish. Corain and her sisters are a hoot. It is always fun and they all do an amazing job with your toes, fingers and waxing service. We love Dazzle Dry which lasts for 10-14 days and doesn't need to be soaked off. If pampering is your wish try their spa pedicure you will be very happy and relaxed too. Let me preface by saying that I never write Yelp reviews, but I felt the need to for Salon D'elegance. I booked with this nail salon to get my bridal party's nails done before my wedding. I had a group of 7, and they accommodated a big group to get their nails done at the same time. We all got mani-pedis, and each nail technician did an amazing job. We were even running late to our appointment (sorry!) but they still accommodated all of us. They were very efficient - it only took me an hour for a gel mani and regular pedi. Even though it was fast, the quality was not sacrificed. Prices are reasonable, and the salon itself is super cute. Clean, updated, modern finishings - I wish I lived near this salon so I could go regularly! All of the nail technicians were so friendly and made us all feel at home. It was pretty busy so it's possible the service would be better at a different time. All of the sisters that work here are friendly, funny and make you feel like a friend or member of their family. Careen in particular has been my go-to girl and I won't let anyone else do my nails. She is incredibly knowledgeable about how to keep my Nails healthy and growing. Worst experience ever: made an appointment for 3 mani and pedis a week in advanced. Drove 45 minutes there, got seated for our pedicures then the owner kept coming up to us asking "are you sure you made an appointment" and we told her yes and confirmed that we did a week in advanced. The owner then brought an employee to us and yelled at her in front of us for not writing down our app. After 20 minutes of soaking in the water and yelling at us they kicked us out because they didn't write down our app. Talk about unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time. read more

I have been going to Salon D'elegance for almost 20 years! It has been a detriment to me as I moved out of the Boston area since I was always comparing to them. Nothing compares! They're 5 sisters and they KNOW their clients. For example, my mother has convinced herself that polish stays better out of a brand new bottle and Angela humors her by having an unopened bottle ready for her (although she may roll her eyes which is one of Angela's charms). If you're looking more for the "nurturing" type, try Careen. She is my "technician" (I think of her as a friend, not a technician) and I love that she puts up with my constant questions ("why did you paint that nail first?"; "why did you wait to file my nails after painting?") and my forcing her out of her comfort zone ("ok, we are trying chrome today! we'll figure it out together!"). And then I see her with other clients leading the way with color choices and suggestions on how to make each mani last longer. If you're more of an efficiency client (quality mani/pedi as quick as possible) - Donna is great. She has mastered the balance of quality and quickness to a tee. If you're a "do what it takes no matter how much it hurts" person see Linh. She is not afraid to be ungentle if it will solve your ailments. There's also Diane, the oldest of the sisters but good luck getting in with her, she is semi-retired and has, of course, a long list of loyal followers. Diane recently did eyelash extensions for me and I love them! Finally, what I love most is the atmosphere when you're there. It's like hanging out with friends. They are 5 sisters so they talk to each other like it and they consider their clients part of the family too! read more

The sisters who run the business are friendly, happy to see you and have an amazing sense of customer service. My manicures and pedicures are always amazing here massage with hot stones are so incredible as well short to the point but always makes me feel better. There's a certain spot on you that needs to be worked out they will take the time to make sure you leave relaxed. I was looking for a GOOD nail salon mainly for Pedicures and was so sick of inconsistent service at other salons, so I looked up salons with good ratings. Happily , I found this on yelp. I was impressed from the moment I called for an appt. The gentleman that answered phone and made the appt. was pleasant, clear and helpful with giving me directions.When I arrived , I was greeted immediately and was impressed with the ambiance and cleanliness. I had a pedicure with Linda and it was AMAZING. My feet were in rough shape and way overdue for a pedicure. My feet feel so smooth and she really tok her time. The massage was great and she even used hot stones :) My toes and feet not only felt great they looked Great. I was able to dry sitting in the same chair which was a bonus as it it's a massage chair. As I was drying I asked Linda about my nails ( the have been peeling and splitting and are super weak). and what she thought I should do about them. She was help with info and also consulted with a co-worker Dianne ( who may be the owner or manager) Diane came over and looked at them. We spoke for a bit and discussed a plan, she even went into the back for a sec and came out with a brand new file Package still on it and started to file my nails and then smoothed them for me. She told me to take the file (No Charge) and told me how to care for them to try and strengthen them. I also forgot to mention that they are priced so fairly and that I also went on a Saturday and had a 4:30 appt. and they close at 5:00 and I did not feel rushed like I have in the past at other salons. Set aside the fact that the salon is ran by a family who are hilarious and awesome to be around during your services, the manicures and pedicures are unlike any others I have ever gotten. They know exactly what they are doing, my nails look clean and perfect AND the manicure/pedicure actually lasts!! They make regular polish look like gel and the gel literally looks flawless until you go back in and have to get it removed just because your nails have grown out and not because of anything else!!
