I asked for a light trim, yet about four inches were cut off, the ends were uneven, and my hair was repeatedly flat-ironed without heat protectant, causing visible damage. The billing experience was even worse. At checkout, I asked for my $78 haircut to be totaled at $100 (a $22 tip). Instead, a $100 tip was added -- bringing the total to $178, which is a 128% tip. This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

If you can't start at the scheduled time you can at least greet the customer or let them know you'll be with them shortly.. I was just about to walk out when she came to get me but I decided to let it go and give her a chance since I really needed a hair cut and have been searching for a salon, as I am new to the area. Right off the bat, she was not even remotely friendly or welcoming, no apology for the wait. Frankly, she acted like it was a pain that I was there for a service. The haircut itself wasn't the worst.. not great but passable.. but the shampoo was horrible. Very rough, soaked my shirt. She rinsed out the shampoo and told me we were done. I was paying attention closely because of how bad the shampoo was going so I know she didn't do conditioner. I asked about conditioner and she argued that she did it but if I wanted it to sit on my head for second she would do it. I assured her that she hadn't done that step but she rudely argued again.. pretty unprofessional and embarrassing to do in front of other stylist and customers. I have had worse haircuts but the service and attitude of the team is why I won't be back.
