I have lived in a few different countries and had my fair share of janky cuts and varying salons. Never have I had a stylist give me actual advice and ask so many questions about my hair. *Cue, Rebecca.* I sat down and expected to simply say how many inches I wanted off. Instead, Rebecca asked me what my concerns about my hair are, what my goals are, what products I'm using, and a picture of what I want. She genuinely cared and just loved doing hair. She gave my hair a great cut that allowed it to have more natural body, gave me a discount on a great product (and even offered to pick up shampoo for me next time she went to Ulta - so nice) and honestly just listened to everything I said and made it happen. The customizable advice is honestly invaluable and I'm so thankful! Everyone here seems to love each other, love what they do, and love their clients. I was so pleasantly surprised. I even got an appointment the day before. So convenient. I'll be back!

Told her I had no idea, other than I wanted a little zing of color - maybe something underneath? And she helped me pick a color and a gameplan. We did just a hint of this gorgeous red/purple/cherry cola-ish color underneath, and a medium brown to cover up a few of my grays (I mean, a few of my strands of glitter, lol) And then she put a couple long soft layers in (havent had layers like , ever, and was very apprehensive). I think it turned out great. I'm already thinking about how we might up the game next time I go back. :) Pricewise, we came out to $155 (before tip) for the cut & color, which included a $40 conditioning treatment. Not sure if that treatment its somehtign I'll need every time, but it was worth doing this time. Also, Cianna recommend some hair care and products but did not push a hard sell (which was very nice). The salon was pretty busy when I was there (a Friday afternoon) and all the other clients looked like they were getting great cuts/colors as well. Since it was my first time there, I have nothing to compare but I *think* maybe some of the salon was a little under construction - maybe a bit of a remodel, becuase the seating area under the dyers and some of the area area around the washing station was a little cramped (not "spa" feeling) - but based on other reviews about hte atmosphere, I'm guessing this might be temporary. Very pleased with Cianna (and also Sierra at the desk) and already have my next appt set in 8 weeks! #ReviewsByRL

Everything was going well till after the shampooing, she had me under the drier for over 30 minutes while I'm not sure if she left or was working with another client, I was just sat there. Then when she came back she seemed like she was in a rush to get somewhere and this was during my cut. I felt as though she didn't follow any shape or structure and was just cutting which led to her cut tooo much off. The whole cut lasted about 10 minutes and I didn't bring anything because the hair was already cut and nothing could be undone but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waiting till I got home to look at the cut properly and style my hair. I've uploaded a photo of my hair a few days before and how it looked after I got home (second picture). As you can see, the right side of my hair is extremely choppy and uneven, there's no proper shape to it and looks worse than before. My guess is she cut nearly 5 inches of hair. My review is late because after trying to get over this horrible cut by Madison, I waited a few months to let my hair grow out and I recently just got it straightened for the time and now seeing straight it was much worse. She genuinely ruined the shape of hair and my current stylist had to cut off a lot more hair than necessary to mitigate the choppiness she created. I understand the curly cut is intended to look good when the hair is curly but there's no reason for my hair to have 3 inches of difference between two sides. I'm very sensitive when it comes to my hair and I've experienced bad stylists in the past and told Madison about this and it just sucks to have hair growth get ruined by a stylist for no valid reason.
