I was charged for the consultation, which I don't have a problem with. I returned the next week and if it was if we had never met before. Instead of cutting 2 inces off, she cut 5. The red color job was okay, but when I woke up the next morning, the blue dye was on my hands and pillowcases. I've been coloring my hair since I was 16 and never had this happen. The stylist seemed more concerned with drying and styling her hair for the male client after me than with giving me a quality experience. The chairs where they rinse your hair out we're broken and rickety and the shampoo girl was beyond rude. I will NEVER return to this salon. It's my understanding that the owner of the salon has her own makeup line. She would be better served to manage her stylists and upgrade her facilities. A truly terrible experience.

My wife decided to go here after calling and being told that a haircut and a wash was $26. She got…read morethere at 11:30 and by 11:49 she was done and paid. They did not offer her a hair wash and did not follow the instructions given for the haircut. They didn't even wet her hair with a bottle to cut it. My wife was very displeased with the whole experience but she is a bit shy since it was her first time there so she didn't say anything. After she told me, I was pretty disappointed. I called them and spoke to the owner. I explained what happened and that we would like our money refunded. The owner said "she got her hair cut and the girl has to get paid" and that she would not refund any money. She offered to have my wife come in and they would "fix" it, but my wife did not want to go back (obviously). I rarely ask for money back in any situation, but in this case I felt it was warranted since they did not follow instructions or give the proper services that they advertised. Horrible customer service and we will never go back.
