The stylist that cut my son's hair today was very unsatisfactory. She was very sloppy and uncareful as she prepped my son for his cut (tossing the neck guard at his neck then slapping the cape around him without securing the neck guard). She barely spoke as I showed her what style he wanted and didn't acknowledge the request until I prompted a response as I wasn't sure she heard or understood my request. Very unprofessional. Then as she was cutting his hair she was needlessly very rough and rushed, tugging and pulling his hair painfully and leaving the hair unevenly trimmed and not the style we asked for. The clippers she was using got excessively hot and she continued to scrape his neck with them, burning him. He actually has red burn marks on his skin of his neck from them. When she was finished she didn't speak to either of us to find out if he liked his style. When he got out of the chair, his face and neck were covered with hair clippings. When I showed her his forehead covered with hair and asked her nicely to blow or brush the hair off, she blew his face with the hairdryer for less than two seconds which barely cleared anything. She was cold and sloppy in her work (as I observed her with other customers as well). I will not return to this Great Clips location if Angie continues to work there. She does not seem to care about the customers in the slightest, does not appear to take any pride in her work, and seems to resent her job. read more

I've been taking my boys here for the last few haircuts and have been mostly happy, however today, one of my sons got the worst haircut of his life. I've never seen such. I will have to take him somewhere else to try to get what is left of it fixed. There are many other options in town. Won't be back there. read more

My son went to this horrid place to get a simple TRIM... a TRIM....he came out with a long buz cut he only asked for a HALF INCH OFF and got over 3 taken off and he tried to tell her that's to short and she said it was because of the thinning shears and layers... the service was the worst I've ever seen...she was rushing and they weren't even busy she got an attitude when he didn't tip her...she was rude and made a point to do the least work possible the place was the worst experience my son has ever had I will never in my life get a hair cut or recommend them to anyone...NOT EVEN MY WORAT ENEMY...this review should be a negative 10 stars but to my disappointment negative 10 stars isn't an option!!! read more

My son had his hair cut yesterday by a small dark headed girl. It is the worst hair cut I have EVER seen. The second worst haircut was what she did to my head a few months ago. She should be fired. I asked for a super simple yesterday. I ended up with horribly chopped hair that I had to get fixed today!!!! I will never again step foot in this salon and will tell everyone I know to stay away.
