I had a myriad of problems with my visit that if you are interested you can find on Google Reviews. I wanted a perm and I left with frizzy, dry, dead hair that I have no way of fixing for months. When I specifically asked over the phone what the price would be, I was told $95, they charged me $165. I wish I hadn't paid because the perm is so badly done that there really isn't any fixing it. Half my head didn't take to the solution so its straight and the other is literally falling out its so dead and burned. I don't know my stylists name but she was an Indian woman. If you want a perm DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR HAIR. She does not have enough experience to be doing perms without assistance from a senior stylist to check her progress at every step. Again, I am angry and I feel terrible. All I got out of this visit was a wasted day (took 5 freaking hours), a rash on my scalp that itches and burns (she left solution on my hair for over 3 hours) and dead, fried hair. I just hope some deep conditioning treatments will help, but I doubt it. It is beyond over-processed. read more
