She knew full well that the item I was looking for wasn't in the store, which is why she couldn't do an exchange. She did not tell me that said credit could only be used in store and would not be accepted online. When I called in, having already had a frustrating experience with their corporate customer service, and asked if they could process the card online, they said I absolutely had to come in to the store a second time. They have zero respect for your time. Go to Huntsville or, better yet, go to Sephora. The staff will communicate clearly, respect your time, and provide much better service overall.

I've been coming to this salon for over 10 years, and I honestly wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. Melissa has been my stylist the entire time, and she is absolutely amazing. She truly listens, remembers what works for me, and consistently delivers beautiful results. Beyond her talent, Melissa is kind, professional, and makes every appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. The salon itself is always welcoming and well run, which is why I've stayed loyal for so many years. If you're looking for a salon, this is definitely the one to choose. read more

Best salon and owner! Dawana and Melissa are both great! They are professional and give you honest advice! I always leave loving my hair and feeling pampered. I recently had a color and cut with the new Aveda products and loved it! Also they are very knowledgeable about the products and helpful with the items that work well for your hair type. I had a facial with Teresa at my last visit too! My first facial and I will definitely be back! Love it and my face felt amazing after! Love all my girls at Metamorphosis! read more

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed Dawana truly listened and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. No rushing, no pressure -- just genuine care, attention to detail, and serious talent. The whole experience felt elevated yet comfortable. I left looking like I had somewhere important to be... even if it was just the grocery store. If you want high-end results with down-to-earth people, this is your place. Five stars isn't enough. Already booked my next appointment and a facial! read more

I don't know what Cindy was talking about but my microblading and hair cut experiences with this salon and owner have always been top tier. Dawana (the owner) is amazing; She is educated, certified, experienced and gives you exactly what you ask for. I wouldn't trust anyone outside of her salon to touch my face or hair. Recommend Metamorphosis to anyone and everyone. They will absolutely take care of you. read more

You know you've found the best spot when they have a blanket waiting for you because they know you're always cold! Melissa is my go-to girl and is so flexible with my appointments. Between her hair magic and the microblading done by Dawana, I feel so spoiled here. The new setup is 10/10 and the atmosphere is just outstanding. Thanks for always taking such good care of me, Melissa and Dawana! read more

This salon is fantastic! Melissa is always flexible at finding an appointment for me and my children, often last minute! She has quickly learned my personality and understands I'm not super adventurous with changing hair styles, but she offers encouragement when needed. Products are amazing and fairly priced! Atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. read more
