The salon booked me with level 4 stylist, Amie. She is very personable and we chatted the whole time. All of the employees that work for the salon seem to enjoy the work environment and culture, which always makes the experience pleasant for customers. I was the only customer in the salon for the majority of my cut--wouldn't have minded if it had been slammed. Amie gave me the best "wash before cut"! TBH can relax myself just thinking about the head massage. All of the hair products used on me were up to standards. The hair cut itself gets a 10/10...just the right length and amount of layers. I called and the only thing offered was to get it redone but my hair was breaking at that point and before you say well what did you get done or demand be done I never demand anything I always allow the stylist to do what they think will leave my hair in good condition. I've never been picky. Make sure when you go you get a stylist that's been there a good while.

When I called to discuss the person on the phone said no one was there to remedy the situation. She said she would get back to me before the end of the day and she did not. My daughter was totally taken advantage of and this was very unethical. They advertise transparency on their website but that was definitely not our experience. Buyer beware. Very disappointed in their lack of attention to make this right. Instead a received a text saying that she consulted my daughter before doing the root smudge. Never were these words used and never did Rylie tell her this was an additional cost to whatever she supposedly did. Her hair doesn't even look different from when she went it. Crooks.
