What finally pushed me to part ways was when she canceled an appointment I had booked six weeks in advance through her app. When I reached out via text to confirm or clarify, she didn't respond, making it impossible to plan around or trust her professionalism any longer. After showing up every three weeks and tipping generously, I felt disrespected and undervalued.
