Salon Bellissimo I rescheduled twice. One time was the morning of the appointment that day, I do understand business, but it was out of my control. I apologized and let her know why I had to reschedule. Her reply was no worries. So Dave the owner called me, after I had just made an appointment and he said to me he wants a deposit and if I reschedule again he is canceling me Lol With an attitude about it. I'm not allowed to reschedule? I wasn't a no show... Where is the respect for health care workers? ‍ I'm supposed to let my client a quadriplegic lay in bed for hours starving, so I can get my hair done? I got my eyebrows microbladed and bottom liner tattooed .. I am going back for the top liner ( I had lashes in) Rachele is a true professional and she walks you through the whole process and if you are nervous or worried she will put you at ease ! Te facility itself is quite clean and she offers other services ... I have been waiting to do this for a long while and I am thrilled I did it and I would recommend her to anyone that asks and the liner as well ! Who wouldn't love to get up and go ? I went here as a walk-in, first time. The cut I had in mind was a shag, popular years ago. Lisa knew exactly what I meant, because she does a "Signature Shag" cut. I had highlights and a hair cut yesterday by Lisa, the owner, who did a beautiful job. I have never received so many compliments. I was dreading having to spend hours but I was done in less than 90 minutes. Besides the great hairdo, and reasonable prices, the salon has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Decent haircut but expensive as hell.$40 for short hair is ridiculous so I won't ever going back my haircuts at NY are way better and cost $28. I rather pay tolls and drive 1.5 hours. At least I know for $28 I got a great haircut and are a delicious slice of pizza! read more

I have been going here for awhile. Sometimes I am happy sometimes not, but I can live with the color that was done in the past. Last time I went my stylist made my hair way too blonde. I wanted it toned down this time and to have dimension, so I showed her a Pinterest pic to follow. I also show her a Pinterest pic every time so she knows what cut to do, and I reiterate that I like my hair longer, it was finally the length I wanted after growing it out for 3 years. Well I ended up with over processed, green hair with 4" missing off the length and a horrible haircut. I looked like a witch. It looked nothing like the pics I showed her. I left and thought well the color looks dark and not what I showed her.....I think I was in shock at the pieces I saw on the floor....at least 4". I am too kind to complain, and I do like the stylist.....so I said nothing and left. When I got home, one thing I do hate is that she never removes the excess dye from my face..... I think allowing a client to go home with brown stains around their face at the hairline and in their ears is unprofessional. For me leaving the dye on my face wasn't the first time either. For some reason my scalp was itching like crazy, I got my hair done Friday..... I washed it Saturday evening. It was so fried and the color really came up green and the highlights were horrible some chunky, some at the hairline, some 1" from the hairline. I could not get it to Style correctly, it just stuck out, no kidding just like a witch. I was mortified. Well they are closed Sunday and Monday.....so I just had to live with it. Everyone during those two days asked me what happened to my hair and that it was green. I was feeling more mortified, I washed it again and did a deep conditioning, the color lifted slightly... but it was a wreak..... fried. I called as soon as they opened on Tuesday and the owners husband told me to come in. I did, he said it didn't look bad.. first clue....told me he would do a deep conditioning and perhaps a toner. He is the barber in the shop, he told me it didn't look bad... I was not going to let him do a thing to my hair........I thought, how does that fix the highlights that were a mess as well....and cut. I wanted to avoid confrontation and knew my stylist was coming in soon and felt uncomfortable staying. I told him 3 strikes- really bad cut, bad color and over processed, why would I let them touch my hair??? I told him I wanted a refund so I could go somewhere to have it corrected. He said he would talk to his wife, Lisa, as he did not know what the cost of my service was and that he would send me a check. He also said that I should be careful getting anything more done to it as it was over processed already. So I went to a highly recommended stylist a few towns away.... she said she would fit me in and stay late if necessary to fix my hair, while I was in her chair Lisa called me, who is the owner of the salon, 5 hours later...I didn't take the call... she left a message asking me to call her. I called the next day, she told me they would only refund cost of the cut as I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it, I told her that was unacceptable. My question is, she was off on Tuesday, who was going to fix it? The Barber? She told me she came in on Tuesday because of this.... I was told she was off when I went there Tuesday morning. She said she would speak to her husband about what he said to me.... I have not heard back from Lisa and have not received a refund check. I am thinking of possibly taking them to small claims court, someone needs to be held accountable for their actions as licensed salon owners. read more

Traci did my cut and color and she was patient and explained different colors to me on the swatches (what colors have gold, what ones have copper, etc). Went a few times and was happy. Until I realized the price changed on my hairstyle I was regularly getting. I went home and realized my gray was not covered and I paid more. Asked for a redo within 5 days after the horrible job. Also a trim. I walked out with a terrible Bob haircut and a stripe of blonde from the last biolage. It was terrible. Do not waste your time with this place. I have talked to 3 people this has happened to. read more

Lisa, the owner used to do my hair at another salon. I lost track of her and finally found she opened her own salon. I grew my hair for 4 months so I could get what I thought would be a great cut and color. Whoa! I showed a pic of a nice med. brown. She consulted with another stylist and had assistant mix color. She also said she would add highlights since she was so happy I returned to her. She also styled my hair. The cut was horrible and quite odd, but the color was my biggest problem. My grey roots were bright raspberry in the sunlight and large chunky highlights hap-hazardly placed! Unfortunately for personal reasons, and it was dark when I got home,I didn't see this until the next morning, so I called her. The girl said she was too busy to take my call! The next appt.was the following day, again too busy for me to come that day. I had plans that evening, so I went to another salon for color correction. My hair had to be colored almost black to cover the pink and burgandy with beige highlights. I called the salon again and informed them that I went somewhere else as I could not go out the way I looked. The girl just said ok...no apologies. Never got a call from Lisa to try to rectify this...so beware! Lisa lost her touch! read more

I posted a photo of what we asked for and what we got. When I asked the owner to redo it she screamed and yelled and physically assaulted me. She screamed "Call 911! She isn't going to pay me! my husband is a cop and he will arrest her! " she quoted me one price the day before and then added onto it to blow dry the hair after the color was applied! It took several stylists to calm her down. I should have called the police myself. She made the stylist cry and also my daughter. I have a recording of her meltdown in front of customers; some being small children! She traumatized my daughter. read more
