Holy moly worst nail experience I've ever had. I for one love to pay for a luxury service to be treated like a subhuman piece of garbage. Refused to do soak off and sent over the little guy to tell me "they were too busy" when I said filing off takes off natural nail he rolled his eyes at me, then proceeded to argue with me about what product was on my nail... was only the gel, Tina then aggressively filed my nails and finger skin, aggressively cut my nails way too short when I asked for a little less length, all my nails are different lengths rn btw, did white polish that is completely see-through, only one layer of top coat and no finishing work, finish job is lumpy and looks like a kindergartener tried to do nails for the first time. She filed the Polish at the end so now the seal is broken, I have gel all over my cuticles and they are shiny. This is why I do my nails at home and this experience just solidified that choice I constantly make. I will never be coming back and I will never be bringing back my step children for pedicures either. *Response to owner* 1. So you admit to engaging in improper nail practices as your standard, cool. 2. That is a lie, that is not how that conversation went down. In addition, it did not take her almost an hour to get the polish off my nails. I was paid and in my car by 6:00 p.m. I came in at 5:00pm and waited 10 minutes before I got sat down then waited for Tina to arrive another 2-3 minutes. I was visiting my parents for a couple of weeks and really needed my hair done. I found this place…read moreon line and it had great reviews so I called and had a great experience scheduling my appointment. The owner texted me and I sent her pictures of what my hair looked like then and what it's looked like previously (which is what I wanted). She booked me with Lisa at 5pm. I got to my appointment and sat in the chair when the owner said "I showed her the pictures" and then Lisa said you can show me again, so I did. I told her I wanted to be light but more manageable as I am a mom now and a full head of highlights can be tough so we decided to do highs and lows to balance it out. I also told her I like being frosty, cooler toned, not yellow. She proceeded to foil my whole head at the same time with bleach and color so it would all lift together (which it didn't). She also asked if I wanted to be lighter around the face which I said yes. Well, what I got is grey looking fried off front pieces, two huge chunky highlights towards the back of my head, completely yellow underneath, and terribly uneven highlights. The appointment went so long that I told her she didn't have to do a full blowout just dry it quickly. Half way through the quick dry, she asked if I wanted her to keep going, so me feeling bad I said no. Never saw the finished product, never saw the back of my hair. Oh and I paid while I was still under the dryer with foils in my head so they can count the draw, giving her the benefit of the doubt since she has over 40 years of experience. I waited a couple of days and decided to reach back out to the owner. She admitted it did not look good. In fact, she said "oh wow, I agree.. that does not look like her work, I'm glad you messaged me." She followed up the next day and basically backtracked and said we can fix the highlight in the back for you or give you a credit for services next time you are in town. I told her that it needed more than one fixed highlight but thanks anyway. No offer for a refund, no responsibility for the shit job Lisa did or for frying my hair. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.
