I have pet rats and when I was at the reception desk I noticed that there were clover flowers in the grass in the parking lot and I asked if they could give me a ziplock bag to grab some after my appointment. Not only did the receptionist give me a ziplock bag, but she did it without making me feel like it was a weird request, and she even seemed happy to do so. They definitely have my business for the foreseeable future

They yes you to death and then do what they want, Not with Michael he listened to me and gave me the BEAST hair cut ever!!!
