Fast forward to post corona era, and she was the first one to call as I found myself in BR again. We went over her availabilities as she was getting overbooked already and I got an appt for today, May 27th at 4 pm. I put it on my calendar and didn't think about it twice. To make it to my appt, I changed a work shift and got to the salon at 3:55pm. However I was shocked to hear that I was not on the books at all. Then Kayla looks further in her "calendar" and tells me my appt is magically made for June 17 at 3:45. And when I explained to her I had to miss work to be there today as this was the day and the time my appt was made for, She attempted her best to make weak excuses about being super busy and catching up on previous appts, and most importantly if I would like to keep her June appt as she has too many clients looking for an appt. Well I'm sure glad that she does, because I won't be one. Ms. Kayla please go ahead and cancel my appt for "June 17." I prefer not to have someone unprofessional like you touch my hair. Best of luck to you and hope others get a better treatment from you.

Sheena, stylist and owner of Vintage, really knows how to deal with that unruly hair you've been keeping on lock down via a pony tail...and make that "I just got my hair done" flip last and last and last (have I made my point here?!) I was extremely impressed on how she well she understood my hair type and its needs - well beyond my grasp for the past 31 years. Sheena gave me a Lana Turner style and absolutely transformed my hair and attitude - all with the stroke of her scissors and the precision of her education and experience. Because they are closed after I get off of work, I decided to take the 8AM Saturday slot. It was so busy this morning! But, I got my hair washed, blown out, and trimmed all within 45 minutes. Sydney knew exactly what I wanted with my hair and was very friendly. I will totally be using her again! In total, it was $60, which for a trim I think is a little high, but that's the normal price these days.

Trinh worked her magic and in about 2 hours and ONE session I got my hair to the color I wanted. I liked her technique and how she applied the color in layers and gave it depth.
