She's conversational without it being awkward or too much for the customer. I also thought she was really funny. I'm so happy with my first experience of cutting my precious natural hair. Eight of those years I have lived 11 hours away in Tampa Bay. That's just how good she is. She has been a hair stylist for 22 years and owned her own salon for the majority of the time. She is a master stylist and color specialist. You should see some of the bad hair jobs she has had to fix for me. My favorite thing about her is that she will never fry your hair no matter how badly you may want to be blonde or red. She will always say, "I'll fix it after you do it."
