I've been a customer for over a year and I have NEVER experienced having my requested services broadcasted for everyone to hear. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she claimed that's how they do it and that everyone's services are called out. That's a LIE. They are usually wearing headsets and no one hears what everyone is getting. Good riddance. The receptionist is rude anyway. The only reason why I lasted this long is because of the treatment I got from my esthetician, which was always welcoming and professional!

I previously went to an establishment that had me see 2 different estheticians in a matter of about 6 months. That just wasn't acceptable to me, given the amount of discomfort I feel during this time. So, I went on a quest to find another place that would be more suitable to my needs. Well, I found just that place! I explained to Krystal how uptight I am, and she took over there. She talked to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable. Was thorough with the service as well. One thing I really liked, was that she allowed me private time to change (the previous location did not. They stayed in the room with you). That added touch was big for me. On top of the great service, her establishment is simply beautiful! I think I've for sure found my new wax home!

At 37 weeks pregnant, I visited Danielle for a final "glow" facial before labor, and she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was both safe and relaxing. She thoughtfully modified the chair so I wouldn't be laying flat and carefully selected treatments that were gentle on my sensitive, swelling-prone skin. As always, I left feeling radiant. I've been a loyal client of Danielle's since 2019, and I truly wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else. Beyond her exceptional skills as an esthetician, Danielle's genuine care and dedication to her clients sets her apart. It's this rare combination of expertise and heart that keeps me coming back year after year!

A really great experience…read more Yesterday was my first time getting my sensitive area waxed. First off when I walked through the door the ladies behind the desk were very warm and inviting. Before my girl came to get me, the lady in the front gave me the run down. What to except and all that good jazz. Now the young lady SANDY . I ABSOLUTELY loved her. Like I said before this was my first time, she made me feel so comfortable. We talked about everything. Not to mention she was as gentle as she could possibly be. She also didn't rush through the process. On the real sensitive parts she warned me, and gave me time to prepare myself. I must say it was an experience and I will be back to see Sandy. Oh yeah she waxed the hell out of my brows too and I'm very particular about my brows.

The lady at the desk, when I showed her my phone screen with the text time stamp that I had just received the text at 107pm, had the gaul to say...well, we sent it at 1 so you are past the grace period.

A host is there waiting for you as soon as you walk in, which I love (I personally hate when I walk into a nail salon and they yell, "how can I help you??" And I have to yell back that I want my upper lip waxed, it's embarrassing when there's a room full of people now staring in your lady mustache ) but not at this place! You can walk in and talk barely above a whisper to the host to tell them exactly what you're there for. I did make an appointment on a Tuesday evening and I showed up early for it and was seated right away for my pedicure and manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure came out great ! Will definitely be back for this again! I also noticed they did waxing and other "permanent makeup" procedures such as eye brows and I will say I'm interested in doing one of these services next. It looks like a lot of people get their brows done here from the other reviews I saw. The people working there also all had very good eyebrows and I don't think that's a coincidence.
