I trusted Mrs. Beth to highlight my hair for the first time, when I was in college in 2014. Since then I have tried at least 6 other stylists (Auburn, Birmingham, Trussville, NYC, Montgomery) when highlighting my hair and no one even compares. This includes the stylist I saw when I lived in NYC. My hair is extremely healthy and I always get compliments on my color and soft texture. I live in Montgomery, AL now and I still drive to see Mrs. Beth. Hairway to Heaven are the only stylists I trust. They are all talented, diligent and personable. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality you receive! Highly recommended!

Amber told me that her manager never comes to work. I think the manager is on salary and gets paid whether or not she shows up for work. I believe a business such as this should always have at least 2 people present to manage customers. This business could also do with some cleaning, with Covid still rampant you'd think cleaning would be a priority!! And this store could do with some cleaning. I won't return until I see a change at this business. It's going to need at least 2 on staff and to be a whole lot cleaner!! She was able to suggest what would work best for me and my skin tone. Because I had only ever done highlights once before I was nervous and felt like the front sections around my face were lighter than I wanted them. She let me come back in the next week and tone them a little darker, and even then we did it twice because I wanted them a little darker still. She is so gracious and understanding and wants you to have exactly what you want. I always feel bad for being so picky, but she made me feel comfortable and like she truly wanted it to be perfect. So I got my eyebrows microbladed about 8 weeks ago. In the before pics, you can see that I do have…read morebrows, but they are fairly thin throughout and especially sparse towards my nose. This was something I researched and read about for a good year and a half before finally getting done. While I have used a pencil and then brow gel for the last 5 years or so, I was tired of spending time on my over plucked brows and just wanted a good filled in look that I didn't have to do anything to! And over all, it has been an extreme success. I've saved so much time in the mornings not having to fool with my brows. Now, I will say that my brows are not even and I am waiting to do my follow up appointment to hopefully fix. But as a day to day, what I have works. On the other hand, I also got an eyebrow lift/perm. That didn't take at all. I was extremely disappointed in the outcome from that and would not recommend that at all. I've gotten it done several times before in another city, so I know what it's supposed to look like.
