They never have two employees working at the same time to do our back to back pedicures. They call back needing to reschedule because an employee took the day off. One year we rescheduled three times! Now, for the first time, I realized we were getting totally scammed!!! I went somewhere else for a pedicure. Same price as allure. Wow, what a difference in pedicures. I was missing out. This new place did three different scrubs on my feet AND legs! Got my skin around the toes clipped, had my feet scrubbed with a stone. Even got my feet AND legs massaged! Allure is totally ripping off their pedicure clients! You are getting the bare minimum of a pedicure which is basically the water soak, hot towel wrap and polish. You can get so much more of a pedicure elsewhere! Not to mention, allure has a very limited selection of polish colors. No fun colors at all. Their colors are very boring and blah. I will never go back to allure for a pedicure! Definitely not getting your money's worth!

This is bad. As in the worst I think I've had in decades. Maybe as bad as the few times I attempted to bleach my hair as a teen. I came in for what I had hoped for a quick touch up of some highlights to cover the uhhh not so lovely grey and restore the illusion of "being blond". Simple. Should be as easy as any time I've frantically stopped into the other Fantastic Sam's in my area for a fast foil to get me thru until I can get in for a full hair foil. First attempt...she starts painting my whole head of locks INSTEAD OF HIGHLIGHTING WORH FOILS. This isn't a foil! Next thing I notice is it like of looks light brown. I'm not sure how I could communicate ANY differently than my very specific statement of "I'd like to stay blonde". Back at the chair after rinsing, I comment that this looks brown. I'm starting to feel panic. After having her dry it...it looked GREY!!! WTF??! It made my skin look ashen! And old! I wanted to cry. It was not cool. And definitely NOT the "light" or "stay blonde" I had specifically asked for!!! After telling her this was NOT ok, nor anything close to what I asked for (and she and her manager was trying to tell me it looked good??!) she got out the foil and started bleaching it back to blonde. And then it needed an additional something on top of that. In the end it looked good...but completely fried! I ended up going to another salon and having to have a lot cut off due to it breaking off 3 inches from the end all over. They gave me a little bit of a discount on the color but continued to insist that "that it's not that bad" when showing them that it was breaking off when running my hair between my fingers.

I showed up early and she got me in early, which was great! I planned on wearing a swimsuit but she said a lot of women go topless, so I did. Erica made me feel totally comfortable and the process was very quick and only took about 5 minutes. It was my first time going to this salon so it was 50% off and only ended up costing 20 dollars! I followed all after-care instructions and wore dark loose fitting clothes home and didn't do anything the rest of the day except lounge at home..but I still ended up with weird uneven streaks on my hands and wrists. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.
