For reference, I am 5'7 250 lbs and this place did the job! When I walked in, I was great right away by the most lovely woman! She was super friendly! I had a seat and waited my turn. There is a bathroom through the first glass door, just ask the receptionist! The woman who did my wax did not introduce herself but she was nice. We walked into the room and she told me to get undressed from the waist down. Other places I have gone, step out of the room and then come back. So this felt a little weird getting undressed in front of her, but she's going to wax my lady bits sooooo I guess who cares? Hahaha She also asked if I had gotten a Brazilian before and asked where. When I told her she said kind of judgy "oh well I've never heard of them." That place is also highly rated! But I decided to try a new, since this is closer to my home. The wax was a bit too warm for my liking but did not burn. You can tell they do these all day because it went quick! From the time I went back to the time I was done with a full Brazilian plus butt strips- about 10 minutes! When I got home, I noticed there was a little wax that had been left behind, nothing I couldn't take care of. The price was also a little more than I am used to. They do have "packages" you can purchase though to make it a bit cheaper. Overall, I would use their services again. They have many services. Definitely worth checking out.

I arrived tonight and checked-in, completed my appointment with Sarah (because I had to do a reschedule so not my normal day/person). She was spectacular! Quick and always checking on how I was doing. To my surprise a few hours after my appointment had wrapped up I noticed a voicemail on my phone. It was them trying to reschedule because my tech had left sick for the day. I showed up to my appointment completely ignorant to this fact and no one even blinked an eye. It was very easy to book an appointment and they have great business hours. I noticed when I got home I had several brown spots which I thought was bruising on my legs but realized it was wax and I was able to scrub it off in the shower. I noticed that there were still hairs in my underarms and bikini area, almost all of which were long so that's puzzling. There were a few dried wax spots in my intergluteal cleft that I had to pull off in the shower which was uncomfortable. The studio is new and they just opened in August. With time likely they will get better.

I called the phone number listed and was told by the call center person "yes the business is inside the suites" which was weird because my appointment confirmation did not mention this at all but no big deal. I went to the door to go in but it was locked. I tried to look inside for anyone but could not see inside. I called the line again and was told by the call center that the esthetician was running behind and she would be out shortly. At this point it had been ten minutes past my appointment. So I stood outside and waited a few more minutes. I called the center again and they informed me of the same thing, she was running behind and would be out shortly. As I was on the phone someone from a different salon suite opened the door for me and let me inside. I was able to walk to the salon suite for Hello Sugar and check in with Victoria. She apologized for running behind and told me she would be with me shortly. Totally understandable and not at all bothered by this. The service was great and Victoria was very informative. I left satisfied with the service but I would have appreciated detailed instructions with my online check in about the location of the business to eliminate confusion and not have to wait outside in 20° Minnesota weather for 10-15 minutes.

I saw great reviews on her but after doing a very quick, normal haircut (she did not cut the curls individually) she rushed through a wash, quick condition, rinse and style. She seemed very rushed and distracted and had me out of there after about 40 minutes. I asked questions along the way and got quick, short answers. I've learned a LOT more about curly hair from internet research. I will not be back again. The extra star is for the very friendly and courteous receptionist and because the cut seems fine although I just got home so we'll see.

I wanted some highlights to blend with my white hair and it turned out she did yellow chonk highlights and I told her very clear that I didn't want yellow or orange, that what I wanted was gray, it was really a disaster. She said they would do it again but I was really scared to go again because my hair had already been bleached and I didn't want to ruin any more hair, it was definitely disastrous and at the end of everything we discussed Layna said I should go 2 or 3 times to achieve that but then I asked her why didn't she tell me before and I could decide whether to do it or not, and not only is that , they used my card from the first time I went there because when I left no one charged me and they used my card from my first visit without my consent and debited $180 Layna had told me $120 I feel totally scammed because I did not authorize that transaction and not only did she destroy my hair, but the worst is used my credit card without my authorization, and that's not fair.

I am plus size (5'7 240lbs) and this place was plus size friendly. When you make the appointment, they ask for your robe size and shoe size. Those will be located in your locker when you get walked back. They will give you a warm towel to wash your hands as you walk and it feels lovely! The lockers are easy to use. There are two toilets and a shower. This area is fairly small, however I never ran into anyone. You can undress as much (or as little) as you want. I get rid of everything but my underwear. Then you will go to the holding area. It's a very beautiful and relaxing area. There is water (flat and sparking) and some small snacks. Your provider will come get you from that room. Both times I have been here, my providers (male and female) have been very polite, friendly and respectful. The massage was wonderful! I felt amazing afterwards!! When you are done, they bring you back to The holding area and you can stay there as long as you like. The only reason I took a star off is because I had received a birthday promotion email and this was not automatically taken off at the desk. I didn't notice until I got to my car. So make sure you show/tell them at check out!! Overall, this is a nice place and I would come back
