As someone who doesn't get my hair done I went for a blonde balayage and was pleased with it until it looked yellow and brassy in every other light. I used purple shampoo as directed by the stylist and wasn't able to fix it so they made another appointment for me so they could fix it. The second time I visited the salon for the toning of the problem they fixed, the staff was nice until I showed them the picture we had used as a reference and then they were basically rushing me out. The stylist only half dried my hair after and left clumps of product in it. My hair is now a grey/purple and I will not be returning. They followed that by trying to make me pay for them having to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. After getting a passive aggressive reply I would like to clear things up. I did get toner on my first visit, we even had a conversation about the smell of it. The object of "my mom not giving me enough money" was never an issue considering it was something I paid for.
