Which is crucial for maximizing your health, money and time. They're flexible when it comes to scheduling. You hardly have to wait ever. This location, take some precaution if you're not used to how a city works because parking is horrendous. Not their fault. Yes there are covid-19 policies in place. You have to let them know via text or call that you arrived and they'll let you in as soon as someone leaves to minimize exposure. Hand sanitizer is at the front desk, and in all the wax rooms. Everyone is wearing their masks properly! Clean and safe. These women know what they're doing.

The owner, Bobbie King, (although part African American) makes bigoted remarks against blacks and gays (as well as other groups) on a regular basis. She's rude and nasty to many of her customers and has temper tantrums and nasty mood swings on a regular basis, which (in conjunction with her below par hair cutting and styling skills) is why many new women customers never return. She also does not listen to her customers' requests, does not pay attention and charges exorbitant fees as her skill level is equal to someone with little experience. read more

I had my first appointment with Bobbi this week, which included highlights and a cut. My hair is curly and difficult to work with. I couldn't have been more satisfied! The shop is lovely! It's bright, clean, and has a great vibe that Bobbi keeps with upbeat music. Bobbi herself, is awesome! So nice, so experienced and so accomodating. And my hair looks awesome!
