The burger that we ordered was the Peanut Butter Burger - which sounds kind of strange until you try it. They must use an unsweetened type because it's not sweet. Just a tiny bit peanutty. It adds a totally different dimension to the burger making the flavor of the beef really pop. The meat was cooked just right - still tender and juicy without being undercooked. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. The cook went out of his way to make my son a child size salad which is what he wanted. They were very friendly and accommodating. We got to watch a father-son duo play guitar and sing on stage while we ate. They were very good. All in all it was a fabulous experience. I had sharp cheddar cheese with the usual burger toppings. I am now appreciating that spicy, according to the palates of European - associated community, is not the same as it would be in some Latin, Thai, or Black/African communities.
