I always saw Sally's TikToks on my feed, and today I finally decided to come in for Mother's Day. Let me just say, this place is amazing! The owner is so sweet and absolutely stunning. I got the best pedicure I've ever had, and the whole experience was incredible. There was food and drinks for Mother's Day - it was great! I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone! read more

I was charged for builder gel and my nails we're so thin. I did feel like the lady was rushing and I knew I was correct the next day that I looked at my nails and saw so many bubbles forming under the thin gel. My gel cracked a few days after I got them done. I was really excited to go because of all the positive reviews but unfortunately I did not get the same experience. read more

Got gel manicure remover and T was very efficient and attentive. I'd go back for the regular manicure next time. Clean environment.

sarah did a very poor job and she kept asking for tip. I didn't liked her job so didn't tip much and she made pretty clear that she didn't like it. I got my nails done on Monday, but they are already cracking and peeling like this. It hasn't even been a week and I'm concerned about the quality. read more

Sally Spa used to be my favorite place for pedicures, and I often recommended it to friends and family because the service and customer care were always great. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. My sister and I scheduled two pedicures for 3/12 at 6:00 PM the day before. When we arrived on time, the staff said they had no record of our appointment and had to call the owner. After the call, we were told only one appointment had been scheduled, even though I clearly booked two pedicures. They eventually agreed to take both of us, but the staff's attitude made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The technician Sara helping my sister seemed rushed the entire time, didn't properly cut her cuticles, and even left her sitting with wax on her feet for about 30 minutes to assist a walk-in client. Unfortunately, my sister's pedicure wasn't completed properly, which was very disappointing considering we had scheduled our appointment in advance and arrived on time. As a loyal customer, this experience was frustrating and not what I had come to expect from this business. Sadly, it will likely be our last visit. Also, if the staff is preparing to leave by 6:00 PM, it would be helpful for the business hours to reflect that instead of listing the closing time as 7:30 PM. read more

Where do I start? I was scrolling TikTok a few weeks ago and randomly saw the funniest post from Sally's. I thought the owner, Michelle, was hilarious, the content so on-point, not to mention the salon was beautiful. I live not too far from there and decided to give them a try, I've been looking for a new nail salon since my last one wasn't living up my expectations with a pretty horrible final experience. Let's start with the logistics. Scheduling at Sally's was a breeze, I looked online, picked my date and time, was confirmed in less than a minute. I was a little nervous about the location on busy Broadway but parking was a breeze!! Even on a busy afternoon, I saw several on the street and it was seamless. For my services, I scheduled a gel mani and pedi and was so impressed with the entire experience. Entering the salon, it's bright, light, clean and welcoming. The receptionist was super friendly and they offer a TON of complimentary beverages (not the water, "tea" or coffee in sketchy mismatched glasses either) as well as snacks. What salon do you know in the bay that gives your choice of drink AND Sun Chips? After I settled into my chair, both Sarah and Thi set to work. They were so kind and professional. I was in and out of the appointment in under 45 minutes and could not have been more satisfied. I will definitely go back to Sally's and am looking forward to the next time!! read more

Michelle (the owner) was very nice to reach out and invite me back to have a redo. I did not feel like a burden at all and she was able to get me closer to my inspo pic :) Having the owner make sure to help guarantee that you feel heard and cared about as a customer is a great business practice. Thanks Michelle! read more

I really wanted to like this place because I've been seeing it on TikTok so much, I drove 25 minutes there and I was willing to drive every month. Michelle is the nicest person ever!!! Since I went today on Valentine's Day she gave me a mimosa and very yummy snacks, this was totally worth the drive. For the nails... it seemed rushed, I even had to tell the person doing my nails that I had a hair stuck in them and she kinda got annoyed to fix them, when I got to my car I noticed all my nails look horrible!!! They're weak and I kept taking nail polish out of my fingers, the bottom of my nails were even stuck to my fingers, I will not comeback. Btw, my pinky nail kinda came off, it was lifted at the end and just came off on my valentines date :( after 3 hours of getting them done. read more

Clean, relaxing spa with friendly staff and fair pricing. Parking is easy to find, and overall the service itself is quite nice. However, ladies - I just want to share an honest word of advice. If you're coming with your man, be aware that some of the women working there, including the owner, can be a little too friendly and flirtatious. During my visit, the owner made comments about my husband and even mentioned that they had talked before, which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that men enjoy attention and friendly conversation, but as women, it's important we protect our relationships and set boundaries. It's unfortunate, because the spa itself is lovely - but professionalism and respect go a long way. Hopefully, management can focus more on maintaining a comfortable, drama-free environment for everyone. Ali read more

I love Sally's Spa!! I've been coming here for a couple of years and am always happy with my nails. I get so many compliments on them! My manicure lasts about 4 weeks, sometimes even longer. I'd disregard reviews that say otherwise, I think some people just need to take better care of their nails after they get them done. Aside from their talent, they're all so kind and go above and beyond for their customers. They always offer me something to drink, help me when I'm being indecisive about a color, and host cute events. They're also honest about designs they can or can't do which I so appreciate! It's good vibes all around there. Spacious, good lighting and the owner takes great care of all her beautiful plants. If you're not going to Sally's spa, what are you doing?? read more

My friend and I went online to look for a booking and were able to get in the same day within 45 minutes. The salon itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing with greenery and nice lighting. Service wise, the owner and Sally both worked on my nails and they turned out perfectly! They worked quickly and are super friendly as well which was a plus. They also provided us with complementary drinks! I will definitely be back read more

I come here only to get my gel-x sets removed, but I've asked for Thi every time and she's the best! She's very efficient but gentle at the same time, my nails never burn or feel paper-think when she's filing the gel off after soaking. Thanks again Thi! read more

I just had one of my favorite manicure by Lisa! Very skinny French gel manicure. Lisa took her time and get to the thinnest lines that I asked for. She's young, energetic and hard working. She also listens to what I wanted and suggested the perfect color for my base! I would definitely come back to Lisa and get my nails done! I came on a Monday lunch time and this place is nice and quiet. Cute decor and very clean. Highly recommend Lisa! read more

This nail spa is very good! The service is crazy good and I love how they offer drinks before beginning! So you may be wondering why I'm giving this a 3/5? When actually getting my nails done it felt very rushed and maybe it's because I'm younger but they should be able to manage the amount of people they book. I believe that they should not expect everyone at the same time because my lady was tending at least three people at once and my nails done not feel like they will last 3-4 weeks. I got them done a couple days ago and they feel loose and ready to pop off. Edit: I'm back to confirm my nail did pop off! So disappointing because I really Wanted to like this place! read more

I really wanted to like this place. It's a cute nail shop not far from my new home. From the very start of my appointment there were unfortunate mishaps. I had dip nails and they needed to be soaked off with acetone. The big mistake was the staff putting very very hot water in the bowl instead of acetone. The water was very hot and the acetone was placed in the bottom. I had my hands in the water for over 30 minutes while my pedicure was being done. My fingers were like prunes and the owner was very apologetic for the mistake. Ti did a nice job on my toes. Hence the 2 stars. Sara did my dip nails. She was very nice but unfortunately 2 days later the top coat peeled off on all of my nails. I went back to the shop to get them fixed. Now it's been a week and my nails are all chipping. I'm so disappointed and won't be going back. read more

This is still one of my favorite spots to get a pedicure. The main reasons are that Sally's is so clean (it's gives a lot of comfort) and the fact that everyone who works here is so attentive. There is a new sign in tablet to check in but that's probably the only change I've seen recently. The pedicure is the standard of cut, buff clean, massage and paraffin. You can chose from regular or gel. Also a huge plus is that you can call ahead and make an appointment and they honor it. read more

Sally's Spa has been the best find! The space is large, beautiful and serene and the nail technicians are all lovely. Lately Sarah has been doing my nails with acrylic and she is an artist. I love that I can always get an appointment and that most often I'm able to have toes and nails done at the same time - a great timesaver! read more

Just moved to the Bay Area. I've been looking for a nail salon to call home and I found this one. The interior is very cute...it was a slow Thursday afternoon. I wasn't offered anything to drink but maybe it's Normal in Cali not to offer My nail tech Lilian I think was her name did a great job on my pedi. As I was checking out at the front desk the owner asked me if I tipped my tech I told her yes I did already. There's a sign that says to tip in cash...although I'm a tipper I find it weird how you HAVE TO tip..by force. It wasn't optional. What if your nail tech did a terrible job and you don't want to tip? My tech did a Great job and I would've tipped her regardless. The Price wasn't bad at all. read more

Relaxing, clean, and really enjoyed the paraffin wrap that was included with the pedicure. Recommend.

I'm sorry. I just came to get my under arm waxed and the gal hurried the service. She had me lay down. I put my arm up, and both sides of the bed had room for her to walk to my arm to wax. But she didn't clean my underarm and dry it before putting the wax on. Then she waxed me. But when she was done with one arm and she made me lift my other side towards her to wax the other arm. But I was on an angle, so it was uncomfortable. I don't understand why she didn't walk to the other side of the bed to wax my other arm. She had the nerve to ask if I was comfortable and I said I was not. So she decided to finally walk to the other side of the bed to wax my other arm. After I was done, she did not put powder on me and clean me like other salons usually do . Just disappointed. I will not be returning. read more

I had an amazing experience with T! She made me feel so comfortable while I got a gel manicure and she did a great job. She provided excellent customer service by being kind and friendly and also correcting a nail that she thought could have had a better polish application. I did not ask her to do this. Her professionalism made me feel happy with my experience. The salon is very relaxing as well. I felt very at peace. There is also plenty of parking on the streets which is very convenient. Thank you T! read more
