I came to this place because my normal nail salon was fully booked and I really needed my nails filled before the weekend. Sally, the owner, attended to me...as I had made an appointment with her. I came to this place with high expectations because of the reviews but sadly this place did not live up to the 5 star ratings. I had a design already on my nails and I just needed an acrylic and gel fill. I asked sally if she could do the exact design with the rose gold I had and she said yes. So she proceeds with the process but the entire time she is on the phone off and on. Then doing other people's nails while she makes me wait. I get it.... if it's a new place, you would be busy but it's important to take care of the customer you are with and not randomly file the "air" with my finger in your hand because your eyes are focused on your scheduling book and on the phone. Because she was busy on her phone, she missed one process on my left hand and when I mentioned it, she said she had done it. I insisted she did not, so she ended up doing it. As we proceeded, I accidentally bumped my finger on the UV light and I apologized and asked her to fix it. She sighed and did so. Later I asked her for the rose gold glitter and she said she didn't have it. She said would like to draw the heart instead. I told her that I really wanted the same design with the same colors i asked when I first walked in. She said. "Does it have to be exactly? Can it be different?" I once again said, "no, I really wanted the same design I asked for". She the said that I should have told her that in the first place. I asked if she could do a stamp design and she said she had to look for it. She told me to pick a color for the design. I did so and when she came back.... all she did was draw a heart. At this point, I was just over this whole place. I paid for my services and left unhappy. She did not fully coat my nails, she did not apply oil to my cuticles, left my hands extremely dry, and my nails are not the same size. I had to go home and rehydrate my hands for them to look normal again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. If this is how the owner treats her clients, it speaks millions. read more

This is my favorite nail spot in Temecula! They are the best! The staff is so nice and they always do a great job on my nails! Every nail tech is great, but I usually go see Regina or John! I usually get the dip and it never chips, breaks and looks great even two weeks later. I used to go to a different nail salon but this is definitely my new fav! I won't go anywhere else. From the moment I walked in, they didn't send me to a Sally, who I made an appointment with and my service was poor. This review's specifically for "Johnny" who, apparently, is the only member of Sally's team that provides "dip" powder nail services. While he's quick & the finished results are great, on TWO separate occasions he's nicked my cuticles with his electric nail file which end up STINGING like papercuts (!!). And it's very rude to speak your language in front of customers and stare at them that makes customers feel uncomfortable and insinuates that you are talking about them... Sally usually does my nails and is an absolute joy to be around. They're always on time for my appointments, are very kind, and have amazing prices! My nails broke in about 2 weeks and i've never had my nails break before. Also when i walked in she insisted on me getting gel nails when i only wanted acrylics, i didn't want to spend the $40 on gel. Also the service was not the best, I made an appointment but she made me wait about 30 minutes while my friend who walked in was helped right away. She also left me halfway through doing my nails and had someone else finish. She seemed like she did not like me or something. She complained because i asked for coffin nails and was surprised when she charged me extra, i'm just not used to being charged extra for shape, and in my opinion the nails look more square than coffin anyway. Recently moved here from Orange County and decided to try this place. I appreciate that they were open during Covid even if outside. I think they did the best as they could with the set up and appear to be very clean inside and outside. I came in for a regular manicure/pedicure and my 2 daughters both got acrylic nails. Based on pricing in orange county, Sally's nails was much more expensive than what I'm used to paying and I went to a very nice place in orange county. The basic manicure pedicure was $10 more than I've paid and the acrylic sets were $8 more than what I paid in orange county. The acrylic sets were I believe $45, and frankly I didn't think they looked that great when we left. They were very thick and way too long for my daughters. Both my daughters had to ask repeatedly to have their nails shortened. The one nail tech was very annoyed by that request. My basic manicure pedicure was OK, although Nail polish started peeling off the next day. Three weeks later my pedicure still looks fine. Wasn't all that impressed with the foot massage and I felt like the tech rushed through the pedicure. I think the basic M/p was something like $38 and I just expected a little bit more for that pricing. And while I appreciate during these tough times the payment situation, I did not expect to be charged a credit card fee. I understand tipping in cash, that wasn't the problem but we had a very large bill and the fact that they charged us a credit card fee was rather annoying. South Temecula seems to be peppered with a lot of different nail places so I think I will be trying other places before going back to Sally's. read more

This place was hit or miss. I went twice, one time it was awesome and the second time was horrible. The second time the woman was so rough with my hands she actually put a deep gash in my pinky finger with the emory board. It was super painful and bloody. It took over a week to heal and made me panic that I was going to get some sort of disease since it wasn't a clean emory board. She also made several of my cuticles bleed. This was a gel manicure. The first trip was great - the guy that did my gel manicure did a great job. And the girl that did my pedicure was great. I won't go back now because I can't risk another gash in my finger.
