The ladies at the front desk were friendly and kept the place clean and sparkly. Kim did an amazing job on my facial making my skin well hydrated, smooth, and tight. I also got a couple of skin tags removed, which start at $10 depending on how small or large they are. Numbing cream is given prior to the service and Kim walked me through the process as we went. During the facial, I was also offered leg compressions while I laid down. It felt great! The facility also has skin care products for sale, which I have on hand, so it's nice to know I'm using a recommended product. They also provide microblading, eyelash extensions and lifts, and much more! Find them in the same plaza as H-mart tucked near the corner. Have a relaxing self-care day for yourself here!

When we showed up we were warmly greeted and prompty taken into the treatment rooms. I wish they put us in the same room, because it turned out there was a second treatment area in my room which another guest was started there near the end of my treatment. My facial started with cleaning my face, then a hot towel treatment followed by steam treatment and face massage. They also have these leg massagers which inflate and deflate after they zip your legs into them. I kind of wish she told me which serums she was using but also I was kind of glad to lay back and relax, and trust in her process. I have had prior facials elsewhere where they had told me every product used in an effort to upsell me. Then came the blackhead extractions and more creams, then the cooling mask and final hot towel, more serums and sunscreen. My face felt rejuvenated! My spot treatment was for a tiny mole on my upper back. They first applied numbing cream then zapped it at the end of my procedure. Very quick and it stung for only a short while, like she said. I will be back!

Living my best life now, feeling confident, more energized than ever to exercise and take my shape to the next level. Finally walking, strutting with pride. Ever since I had children 6 years ago...that has been missing. Not to mention the transformation came with 10 lbs of weight loss. An added benefit but not necessarily the result I was looking for - but I will take it! Ratings from 1 to 10: My tummy tuck results: 9 My lipo of the arms: My lipo of the flanks: 5 (and am currently addressing) Dr Ehrets Medical and Procedural Knowledge: 10 All other Administration at their facility: 8.5. His assistant Leslie, and front desk, Alexa, are a perfect 10 plus for help, info and support. Also loved the overall Office Manager - sooo professional with attention to detail Facilities for appointments with surgical center at same location (with free pull up parking): 10 Financial transaction experience and Price: 9 Overall a great experience, good healing and post op success. I do have somethings I'm still addressing with Dr. Ehret about the procedure - some smaller revisions that may be needed (more aggressive lipo on my flanks, some scar tissue that may need to be dealt with). I will keep you posted with these interactions and the action plan. How a practice and Dr treats you before/during the procedure and for the first year after the procedure is most important - so far, so good. I remember complaining about it in the office, to which i was instructed to massage it & it should heal properly. Yeah, it never did. I hate to say it like that, but when ya pay over 9 grand for a procedure, you expect a bit better. From my very first phone call, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was able to get a consultation in a timely manner and schedule my surgery the very same day. The payment process was simple and convenient, and I was able to take care of everything during that appointment. Dr. Ehret's assistant, Amanda, was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well cared for. One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed. On the morning of surgery, I waited only a few minutes before being called back. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They thoroughly reviewed my information, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly what they would be doing. Dr. Ehret personally completed multiple measurements and markings before surgery and took the time to address any remaining concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort provided before the procedure. I walked into the operating room, where they gave me a warm air blanket and adjusted my pillow to make me comfortable. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery with two wonderful nurses taking care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me water and applesauce, helped me get dressed when I was ready, and ensured I felt stable before escorting me out to my car. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. The entire process was seamless, and my pain has been very minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Ehret and Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their patients made this an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I was left disfigured and severely scarred, stitches that were left in my neck and never removed and the emotional impact has been enormous. What is especially upsetting is what happened afterward. Dr. Pratt acknowledged the problems with my results and promised to address them with a revision. However, he retired before he could follow through on those promises. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised. The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened. I trusted this practice with my face, and I never expected to be left feeling this way after surgery. The most painful part has been not only the result, but feeling abandoned when I needed help correcting it.

There is no signage that says these squishies are not returnable. The receipt says items are returnable within 7 days. They wont make an exception. Definitely just go to Claires for your squishies. They obviously may have some unspoken "oops this thing cant be returned" on any number of items. The clerk and manager were nice but the business policies are shady. Also they said they haven't been approved to put a sign up that the Squishies are not returnable? They should verbally tell customers then.
